The bartender was polite.
The cheeseburger was just what I asked for. No kids. No nonsense. No corporate BS. If you are easily offended stay away so I can enjoy my next cheeseburger in uninterrupted peace. Sometimes a place is just the way it should be.

I don’t drink anymore but my girlfriend went to see a friend that works there. It was only 2 of us at 9 pm because a band was playing up the road til 10. We left at 930 so. But it’s small but nice . 2 small Pa. slots and 1 talk slot machine. 1 pool table. And the tender was nice enough. Got to watch a little of playoff hockey which I miss. It’s a real bar with real people. If you want a martini and a nice ribeye, it ain’t here. If you need a double and/ or a cold one, just ask one of the many friendly bartenders. Great prices. Historic location of the legendary Corn Crib.

Cozy place. My beer is a buck cheaper than any other public bar I’ve been to, bartenders are all great. The pool tables successfully transport balls from one end to the other, no obstacles in sight. If I had one complaint, maybe try putting some spikes or bumps on the pool tables, switch it up a bit. As far as I can tell, nobody has spilled beer all over the pool tables, giving them that trademark dive bar stickiness. Feels inauthentic.
