Great ice cream. Guernsey’s hard pack ice cream and soft serve. Banana splits , Sundays parfaits, shakes and your typical fair. They have a few tables in back with a nice lake view.

Wow!! We were so impressed with this small cafe run by teenagers!! The walking taco was our favorite… thankfully served in a container not small chip bag!! Sounds simple but it was a lot for the money… actually EVERYTHING was bigger than expected. It’s quick convenient food so I wouldn’t expect fine dinning BUT the ice cream dishes we got were AMAZING!! We also appreciated the small beach-ish area in the back with a bathroom. Just very happy this little convenient cafe!!!

Not from Michigan or familiar with the area. My dad and I were so excited to find this place on the side of highway that wasn’t a “fast food” chain. The lady taking our order was SO sweet and helpful and the kids outside on the picnic tables were telling us all about the community. Besides kids on bikes, we were the only people in a car. We weren’t even done with our food, and this man very rudely asked if that was our black car (a rental) and we said yes and he very rudely goes “well it would be nice if you moved your car right now and didn’t take up 3 spots”. First of all, this hole in the wall establishment didn’t even have parking sports marked so we honestly didn’t even know we weren’t in an “actual” spot. Plus the lot was completely empty at 3:00pm on a Thursday. We apologized and said we didn’t realize and he again got in our face about moving the car (which we were also sitting so close to we could touch it). I’m not sure his issue, but he is not a nice person to his customers let alone cares if a customer can finish the last bites of their meal in an empty lot, before moving the car and driving off. Needless to say, we just left and threw away the rest of our food because we have a long drive ahead of us. This breaks my heart because up until this encounter, we were enjoying ourselves and the banana malt for my dads 67th birthday. Don’t spend money here – you’ll be treated poorly and have the owner get in your face and berate you. Delicious food, terrible hospitality by the owner (which is the saddest part that he owns this place).

Great selection of items from soft serve to hand scooped and many novelty ice cream items. Very pleasant staff. Trouble is their freezers aren’t cold enough. By the time a hand scoop comes outside, it’s melting. And a tornado driven 10 minutes home resembled a milk shake. Not great for a first experience.

Dee’s is a family favorite! My boyfriend’s family is from Whitmore Lake and every time we visit we make sure to come by for food and ice cream! We recently moved to the area and it has become a habit for us at this point the staff is incredible and treats you like old friends, the food is delicious, and the sweets are the cherry on top! We feel very lucky to be able to stop here anytime we want
P.S for those visiting to play on the lake, it’s right next to Mac’s Marina for all your boating needs! Honestly perfect!

Can t say enough amazing things about this place. One of the best little spots around that you can get some quality food and deserts. As you can see in my picture they built my burrito on top of chips so my burrito wouldn’t become soggy. They really did a great job training their staff. My family has enjoyed coming here for food and all their ice cream options.

The lady serving ice cream was incredibly rude screaming at my husband. Third time in a row Going this summer they have messed up $40-$50 order for ice cream. Super disappointed in how they’ve gone down hill this year.

We waited in a long line. Was overcharged. Went through another long line to correct it. Was asked to wait while she worked on the line. So, I left. Besides being overcharged it is hella expensive for tiny servings. Do not recommend.
