Wonderful location with plenty of parking – quiet and tucked away. Staff were kind, efficient, and professional. The Whopper Jrs were made fresh and quite satisfying. The coffee wasn’t bitter, but it tasted weak and was lukewarm – not the employees’ fault.
While we were here, an extremely hostile customer came in and started shouting profanities at the staff angrily demanding his fries and berating the speed of service. It was jarring and completely inappropriate. A Good Samaritan helped him but received no thanks in return. Despite the abuse, the employee gentleman remained calm and respectful – a level of restraint that was honestly more than what was deserved. It was a disgusting display of entitlement, and sincerely hope this location empowers its staff to push back when treated with such contempt.

The food is hot, tasty and served with a smile.
Prices are still decent and lots of parking.
Unfortunately they have a few ADA violations. Incorrect door locks on bathrooms an issue with signage as well as a toilet that is very loose. Staff said they have reported it but it hasn’t been addressed yet.
Over all a great place to have a quick lunch or dinner.

A day ago was my first experience back at Burger King after this store has been closed for many weeks for a remodel. Since college I always habitually gravitated to McDonald’s for fast food. I order the relatively healthier things on the menu (salad, chicken sandwiches, etc. and nothing sweet or especially fattening). However, the cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches I order at BK seem to be better quality than the equivalent ones at McDonald’s. Better quality buns, more lettuce, etc.. I had temporarily switched back to McDonald’s while this BK was closed but am now able to switch back again. On my first trip back, I took photos which I’ve posted for the updated BK after deleting the old ones.

This literally was my favorite fast food we have here in Scott’s valley but today I had an accident where something I ordered was not there. I went back the man worker was being rude and defensively saying he put it in the bag. I am sorry i wish they were to save myself this situation i don’t know if he put it in another bag or what happened but the food was truly not there. Save yourself a hassle check before your leave !!! Whoever got my food better have enjoyed them at least

This was one of the few times that I didn’t actually check out the bag at the drive thru. The guy at the drive thru was really nice and cordial. It just so happened that right when we grabbed the bags from the drive thru window, it had started to rain so we just wanted to get back to the hotel.
Well, turns out that they had forgotten to put in 2 bags of fries and our onion rings in there. We were so irritated and wanted to go back, but since it was raining so hard we decided to forget about it. Chalk it up as another reason to check your order before you leave!

It’s Burger King man! I love their sandwiches. And they have so many other things they’re just so juicy compared to some of the other sandwiches that are dry. I’ll be going here till the day I die.

Came here for a family trip for Labor Day weekend. Before planning our day we stopped to get us breakfast. We got here right when the dining area opened. The gentleman that let us in and also took our order was very friendly. Food was also fresh and tasty. Dining area was very clean as well as the restrooms, which you rarely see anywhere nowadays.

Burger King is Burger King, you aren’t ever going to have the best meal of your life here. But if I’m going to a Burger King, this is the one I’m going back to. The Drive-Thru experience here is top notch. It’s almost always the same guy operating the drive through in the evenings, and he’s a super nice, fun, laid back guy who is very good about getting your order right and very quick to correct anything if there is a problem. Like most Burger Kings, most of the food feels pretty quickly thrown together but unlike most Burger Kings, it is always freshly cooked, not sitting around under a heat lamp for hours. I really appreciate that touch. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve really been on point recently, so I wanted to give my positive feedback – and management if you’re reading this give your Drive-Thru guy a raise, he’s doing you good.

I came to the drive through letting them know hey I only have 7$ in my account what does a whopper jr and a sprite come out to. She said $7.66 I checked my account and it said i had less than that. So when I got to the window i was like im sorry but I dont have that money in my account im just going to get the sprite. the female manager said oh dont worry about it im just going to charge you 7$! Im like omg thank you thats so kind of you i really appreciate it. I hand her my card and she hands me the food and bring my card back saying it went through you should checK with your bank! Im like well yeah i had 7$ in my account so i would assume it would go through. Let the drive through and parked and checked my account to a 35$ overdraft fee for not having the money in my account, SHE CHARGED ME 7.66 WHICH I TOLD HER I DIDNT HAVE! I call her store and spoke with her im like what happened you said you were going to charge me 7$ she was like oh it wouldnt let me so i just charged your card im like i would have much rather had the sprite something i could have afforded with the money i had! I was like is there anyway you could comp me for lying and getting me a 35$ fee shes like no theres nothing i can do for you. If the male manager was there he wouldnt have charged me for money i didnt have and he knows me i always come for a sprite. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO HAVE HER DO THAT TO ME! UGH!
