I have ordered through this establishment many times it was my go to for pizza. I always order the meat lovers with the Parmesan garlic crust and often order chicken tenders. I ordered yesterday two pizzas and an order of chicken tenders got home with the order and could not believe my eyes. Everything in my order was way overcooked. The chicken was so bad. I threw it My meat lover pizza had hardly any meat More pepperoni than anything the meat that was on there was on top of everything and burnt to a crisp. It tasted like cardboard when I called and asked for the Parmesan garlic crust. The person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about that kind of gave me a bad feeling about how the food would come out well, I don’t think I will be ordering here anytime soon and hope they straighten their act out and hire people that know what they’re doing. It’s too bad because I used to really love their pizza seems to have gone downhill!!

Order food from lumberjack’s all the time via the toast app. I accidentally made a duplicate order. I first reached out to toast for a refund. Toast then said I need to reach out to location for a refund. I reached out to lumberjack’s for help and they said I need to reach back out to toast for a refund and help. According to Toast it’s a 1st party app meaning they don’t see money at all, and the venue is supposed to handle all refunds .
I’m a little disappointed that Lumberjack’s couldn’t help me at all. No apologies no nothing but instead I got the run a around. Normally I have flawless service.

Great service, great hot wieners and ice cold specialty root beer. Well worth the visit. It is located in the same building as Gator’s Pub but go in the side door. Or go into Gator’s grab a beer and head into Lumber-Jacks. Mouth watering pizza, dine-in, take-out or delivery.

Convenient location…..although unless you are one of their delivery drivers, not much space to park and zip-in/out. Decent quality pizza (I am a pizza snob from NY, so I am tough to please). Surprisingly large area to eat in.

My wife and I order takeout from Lumberjack’s regularly. The service lately has been below our expectations and inconsistent. Staff seems very young. Picked up takeout tonight and was only given the pizza, had to ask for Caesar salad. Once back home I realized no Caesar dressing was provided with salad. $11 for a container of lettuce with a few croutons and no dressing is quite disappointing.
