The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are also friendly and professional. However, this store has had half the food station out of order for many months, and today the fountain machine is completely out of order. The store had very few choices as alternates. I am a long time Subway customer, and have been coming to this location for a few years. This is the worst I’ve seen it! Despite the problems, your staff works around it, but all the missteps from the owner make their job harder. If you are hoping to gain business, you need to take responsibility and get your store stocked and in order!

I order the Home Run Ham every time and when the lady that works there makes it it is as described with double the meat and cheese but there is a gentleman there in dreads that puts the same ham and cheese as regular sub every time. When I go in the store and see him I leave and not buy, instead going somewhere else . This time I ordered online and after opening the sub, I asked my wife who, picked it up, who was working. Of course it was him. Another sub that I paid double the meet for and did not get what I ordered. I called the store to complain and his excuse was the meet was sliced thin. This is one of my favorite Subways on the occasional times we order. We love when Kadeem is working as he takes food service seriously like an art. He is also super accommodating and friendly. This recent time, i was in the area and I ordered two premium foot/longs on the app and forgot to press no mayo on one of them. I had Siri call the store while I was driving and was able to catch him before he began that sandwich and made sure it was perfect for my very picky 11 year old. Unfortunately, the store location was out of the bacon ingredient for my son’s sub but I think that is not a customer service person issue but an ordering issue (they also were out of pepper Jack cheese and veggie patties. I would go more often to this location if I lived closer just for the customer service!

With all honesty if Xander or Kademe aren’t there DON’T GO, Donald/Ronald I hope you read this, YOU ARE RUDE AND UNPLEASANT, Talking on the phone while you are “assisting me”, your annoyed attitude, the fact that I am paying $11 for a sub and you don’t even bother to have fresh bread or at least put a decent normal amount of toppings is unbelievable, when I asked for olives I wasn’t expecting five tiny olives!. You need a job away from customers because you SUCK AT THIS!

This location has a great friendly staff. The staff struggles with items that have not been ordered for the store. The ice tea is gone, soda fountain drinks are very limited and chips were nearly non existent.

This is crazy the soda machine hasn’t worked in months what a joke of a subway bread is old never fresh . They are literally selling old hard bread to people. Owner should be ashamed of running a store like this.sub way needs to take this store away from this owner.

I had a great experience last Tuesday night, 3/18/25. I was helped by a very friendly & courteous employee named Kadeem. This was the first time I had gotten him. I was trying to get a sub on the app for the $6.99 promo and it was giving me a hard time. Kadeem was able to fix the problem so I could get the promo price! He prepared my simple pepperoni sub perfectly. I have to say he is the best employee I have encountered here for a change. The rest have never been this nice or helpful. Thanks Kadeem!
