If you want a cup of ice come here! I asked for a matcha lemonade a 6$ drink that was all ice. Literslly easiest drink to make lemonade with matcha in it and she stuffed the cup with ice so much I couldn’t put a straw in and so she didn’t have to use as much lemonade, even after the drink was made I watched her stuff more ice in to fill it up.

I have never ordered what I call a “fancy drink” until last week, had no clue, just wanted caffeine without dark coffee. Hannah was so patient, going through refreshing drink options, even when a mom and two children waited for at least three – four minutes which in Starbucks’ world is a wait. Resulting pineapple with coconut and something else was delicious, a drink I can enjoy there if I’m feeling social or make at home. Wonderful to see manager Melissa as well, she has a genuine smile and presence that lights up a room, as does Hannah.

Worst! Used a reward to get a brewed coffee with cream and sugar. The most basic drink ever. I received the drink overflowing it spilled in my card plus it was super bitter. Now i am left with no coffee and no reward. No longer coming back. I had already stopped visiting and the service and quality was spotty but now i wont for sure.

I usually go thru the drive thru. The people are always nice and ask about my day. They talk to you even though they are busy. I come here a lot because they are so sweet. Doesn’t show on the menu for kids but they can make the cookie crumble without coffee which my kids love. Thank you for your smile and good services! I will keep coming here

Friendly staff, decent prices. They forgot to put whipped cream on my mocha so needless to say I don’t really care, they saved me some calories. I ordered a peppermint mocha and it was a little heavy on the chocolate but it was still nice.

This Starbucks is inside the Safeway 2 blocks east of the brand new Starbucks store at 5909 Summitview. Because of proximity to new store this Starbucks offers some nice features which are not in high demand. The line to order is short usually if there is a wait it is only one customer ahead of you. There are 3 or 4 soft chairs and 5 or so tables with chairs seating has always been available every time I visit this location.
Another plus is that you can buy items at Safeway and combine them for a meal with your favorite coffee beverage without getting anyone upset about the non Starbucks purchases being consumed at the tables. I really enjoy the quiet layed back atmosphere at this location

Very rude.. Talk to the lady in front of me in the drive thru for 10 minutes? Some of us have to get to work!! Also I asked her if she could dispose of a Starbucks cup I had fromYesterday and was looked at like I had the Virus…And told NO which makes no sense you just took my money that could have germs!?!?

The coffee here is good; however, I cant say the same about their hygiene. All tables were dirty. If that is what is visible to the consumers, I can’t imagine how dirty it is where the drinks are prepared.
