Atmosphere- 4stars- this Wendy’s has been newly renovated in the last year and it shows. The dining room is a little smaller than it used to be however it is a lot nicer and was pretty clean. I liked the new tables.
Service- 4 stars- the girls behind the counter were very friendly- nice to see that- so hard to find friendly fast food workers anymore. They were polite and even wished us a blessed night as we were leaving.
Food- 4 stars- I had not been to a Wendy’s to eat in quite some time (years actually) because it seemed that the quality had gone downhill so I was pleasantly surprised to find the food fresh and very tasty. I got a single with cheese (no ketchup) extra cheese and it was correctly made to order!!! It actually looked appetizing. Also got the baconinator cheese fries and they were also very good- the bacon was crispy and the cheese was hot. We also got the grilled ranch chicken wrap which was my favorite. The chicken was really good with just the right amount of ranch. I hope this location keeps doing what they are doing and I will be back.

Drive Thru Experience was not good at all. It was a lot concerning that when we pulled up at 9:30 pm a group (of workers I think)was gathered outside for a smoke. The drivethru worker was impolite and short with us. When he handed us our food, it was basically thrown into the bag (fries in the bottom of the bag. My salad was turned on its side, and we almost dropped it as he quickly handed it to us.). The food quality was not what we’ve experienced from Wendy’s restaurants in the past. I get the apple pecan chicken salad almost every time, and when I opened the container, I didn’t even recognize it. It had a few pieces of mixed greens with some shredded ice berg I think thrown in there . Toppings were on the bottom. At first, I saw none and thought they totally gave me the wrong salad, but it was under the greens. Just wow! . Such bad service! Such poor quality food. Won’t be back to this one!

This place is pathetic now I don’t know who the guy was that was taking my order , apparently he had to be the manager or something because he told me that he had to fire someone already today, my experience here was that I was in the drive thru about 6 cars back when I first arrived, then a charter bus pulled up as I was about 1 car back before ordering food ,by then some of the people already walked off the bus and into Wendy’s but as I was about to give my order, the guy come over the mic and said i can’t wait on you , until I wait on these that walk in off the bus and he said it was about 60 people that came in. I of course my response was no way I’ve been waiting here for 15 mins, so I just sat there for a min and guess he noticed that I have not driven off yet. So he came back on the mic and said I guess I’ll take your order, so by then I was so upset to place and order , I said sir I don’t want to order from you after you’ve been so rude to me , head says to me ok OL get out here and don’t come back and good riddance. This guy need to be fired. I hope someone from the Wendy’s company reads this.

I just went through Wendy’s drive thru in fairmont wv at the east side location. We ordered one number 8 and an extra sandwich plus cinnamon dessert. Our break fries or tater wedges we cold and when I say cold they we out of the fridge cold the sandwich’s we not even warm the Omni thing hot and fresh was the cinnamon bun thingy. I would have come straight back but we are on our way to an eye appointment for surgery in Bridgeport. I am so upset because I talked him into eating there as we drive because the breakfast was always good and now he will never come back not one thing regular food wise was eatable ! “DRIVE THRU”

There’s no soap. Thank goodness I needed to use the bathroom before I ordered, or I might have actually ordered food here. They have the typical sign up that tells employees that they need to wash their hands before returning to work, but there’s no soap. Therefore, employees will use the restroom while they are at work and only rinse their hands off before handling your food. There’s no soap. There’s no soap. There’s no soap.

Found two long brownish-red hairs in my spicy Cajun chicken sandwich today. Ew. Please do better with the food hygiene guys. Besides that, food was decent but service was quick and the workers were kind.

We had a cashier who was sucking on a large blue raspberry lollypop stick as she took our order. Her mouth and tongue were all blue. Very unprofessional. Staff should not lounge in the dining area when they have gotten off work. If they are waiting on a ride, fine, but don’t listen to your tablets/phone without ear buds. It is very annoying and, once again, unprofessional.
