I ordered delivery for my dad for Veteran’s Day. The family came over, lots of hungry folks. The night crew and Manager at this location are in top form tonight. I called at 6:30pm. I needed a phone order this time and they went out of their way to help and make sure the order was right. The food is always hot and fresh. The delivery is fast and courteous. Thank you!

Such bad customer service from order to delivery and subsequent call to the store when I received the wrong order. No apologies coming from this place. 50 minute delivery time only to have to call the store and be told “i know your orders wrong the driver is coming back”

This Dominos had the worst service. It took 3 hours and our food was NEVER delivered. I called to check up on delivery and the girl that answered the phone hung up on me. Obviously there is no customer service training, no accountability or ownership. Just hang up the phone and the problem does not exist.
I guess they do not realize they need customers to be employed. This is do sad and frustrating!!

I got some of the worst customer service ever by a woman named Rebecca, If you can even call it “service”. She stood directly in front of me without ever making eye contact and never said a word to me. If it wasn’t already ordered online then I would have walked out without a second thought. I will drive a little further next time just to make certain I won’t have to deal with quite possibly the worst domino’s employee ever.

The young guy that took my order was nice and helpful and all when i arrived, but the pizza he made me sucked!!!! It was a thin crust pepperoni pizza, simple. But It was hard, dry, very over cooked and barely any cheese on it. It was like eating a cardboard box. just ridiculous!!! I should have bagged it for treats for my dogs. I ate what I could tolerate before just throwing it away. Wasted my money and my break time. I couldn’t go back because I had ti be back at work. The Worst pizza I have ever had….
