The food is truly the star here. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic Italian flavors that stand out. From the perfectly cooked pastas to the richly seasoned entrées, everything tastes crafted with care. Even the simplest dishes have that homemade quality that brings comfort and satisfaction.
The service is just as impressive. The staff is attentive without ever being intrusive, quick to offer suggestions, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about their guests’ experience, which adds a personal touch to the meal.
Overall, Luga is a wonderful place to enjoy Italian cuisine — delicious food, warm service, and a charming ambiance all come together beautifully. Highly recommended! ✨
My favorites were the arancini, the mushroom risotto, and the slow-cooked tenderloin… all incredible. We also loved the atmosphere, the music, and the drinks. Our server was so kind and friendly, which made the experience even better.
Hopefully we’ll be back soon
I finally found a spot where I can taste real, authentic flavor — not overloaded with artificial ingredients or heavy seasoning. You can tell everything is made from scratch, and it brings true Italian character to the area.
The cocktails are on a whole different level. I tried a few different flavors and every single one was crafted perfectly balanced, fresh, and unique.
And I can’t wait for spring to enjoy that beautiful patio.
This is officially my new spot. Highly recommend!
I truly don’t understand these negative comments about birthdays and where people were seated. That has nothing to do with the actual quality and beauty of this restaurant. It’s an upscale Italian spot, and as someone who has lived in East Cobb for years, I’m thrilled to finally have a place that feels like Buckhead or Midtown right here in our neighborhood. Hellooo, this is a win!
The food was delicious — we ordered the meatballs, salad, pasta, and the slow-cooked tenderloin, and everything was incredible. And the service? Wonderful. Everyone was kind, and the bartender made special cocktails that my husband and I are still talking about.
Come on people… do better. This restaurant deserves the praise!
Everything we tried was full of flavor and made with so much care. The tortello alla Genovese was unforgettable, the tuna tartare was fresh and delicious, and the cheesecake was rich and perfect. We felt so welcomed, and the whole experience just felt special.
Can’t wait to come back again!
The cocktails were very good, and the cacio e pepe tasted authentic. The salmon was cooked well, but portions overall were small for the price. The tortello pasta had a unique flavor, though it wasn’t a favorite for our table. Dessert was a chocolate cake that came out overcooked. The atmosphere was very loud, and our server felt a bit awkward.
Please add your gluten free options to your website! I had no idea you had so many options.
The octopus potato salad thing was soooo good! Way better than it sounds. And the Coffee, Please drink… to die for!
Thank you, Jani!
My dad uses a wheelchair, and they were incredibly accommodating, making space, offering help, and never making us feel like an “extra step” in their evening. Even when half our crew ran 30 minutes late (on opening night no less), they didn’t miss a beat. That level of care says a lot about a place.
Yes, the restaurant got busy later and you could tell they were a bit short-staffed, but honestly? We expected that. They’re brand new, still learning the rhythm, still tuning the violins. And we totally got it. What mattered most, the food, was outstanding. Every bite felt like a love letter written in sauce and handmade dough.
The decor is simply beautiful… elegant, warm, and inviting. The staff was consistently kind and helpful, especially considering it was their big debut night. We could feel their effort, their honesty, their heart. They’re adjusting, growing, and if this is the starting line? Wow. The finish will be delicious.
We left smiling, grateful, already planning our return. Can’t wait to go back and watch this gem shine even brighter. ✨
