Definitely the worst subway in shelby county. My order is always wrong. I love that the staff all have attitudes at their place of business with the customers. I asked for light mayo and mustard. I was given a squirt!! Always a issue with what’s ordered or they are always out of side options. I will not spend another dime here and I don’t recommend. It smells and the floors are slick from being mopped with dirty water. I will be contacting the BBB to see what can be done.

This is practically the only place I go nowadays. The service is always incredible, food is always exactly what I ordered and delicious, and the prices can’t be beat when applying the correct codes. Big shout out to the group of women who make my order 5 times per week, they make my life much easier and never fail to meet the same standard. 6/5 stars, this location will always have a special place in my heart and stomach!

This subways always on task and the customer service there is pretty great. It’s a very chill/pleasant atmosphere, and is also always clean too. I’ve never had a problem with anyone behind the counter, and especially the young girl Taylor! She always makes my sandwiches with love and care. I always appreciate her service and her kindness. This subway is great.

I always have a great experience at this Subway! The staff here especially Savanna, Kayla, and Maribel are amazing. They deliver excellent customer service every time and are always so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is spotless clean and has been since they first opened. My family and I really enjoy coming to this location it’s easily one of the best Subways around. Highly recommend!

Went in around dinner time and they were slammed! The staff handled it really well, still going above and beyond for their customers with a smile on their faces. The girl with the piercings was so sweet and ensured this visit was a good one. Despite it being busy, the store was well managed! Extremely clean and definitely up to high standards.

went in around lunch time this past saturday and they were super busy, constant line to the door. the two girls working were taking care of everyone quickly! despite how busy it was, they were both smiling and friendly with the customers. major props to them! store was kept really clean despite a constant stream of customers, definitely makes me feel like i chose a good spot for lunch!

I usually come in during the afternoon and the ladies working are just so sweet. Savannah never fails to take care of you well, shes just the sweetest! Store is always spotless and their food looks so fresh. Never had a complaint for them.

Wow, I stopped going to Subway about 4 years ago because the sandwiches were avg, not enough ham, every store was dirty and weird. But this Subway store is the exact opposite: clean, modern looking, friendly staff and the Ham foot long was actually delicious and they gave me enough ham!

I visit this location quite a bit, and always have a positive experience! The ladies who make my sub probably have it memorized because I order so frequently, and they’re always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy; my orders have always been correct (I usually order ahead), and I recommend this location to friends and family.
