If I could give zero stars, I would.
We placed an order for boneless wings and were rang up for a “bundle”. The menu clearly states “all bundles include celery, carrots, and fries” we also asked for extra sauce. We did not receive celery, carrots, or the extra sauce. When we asked about it and pointed out that the menu says they’re included, we were told that you have to request the celery and carrots and that you have to pay extra for them.
Also, while we were waiting for our order, the woman who rang us up and was packing up all of the orders was speaking to a gentleman who had a Buffalo Wild Wings shirt on but didn’t seem to be working. She began crying and saying that she didn’t feel well and was nauseous. The gentleman left and a few minutes later, she went into the bathroom and we could audibly hear her gagging and vomiting. She then came back out and continued handling the orders that were waiting to be packaged up.
Absolutely disgusting experience. We will never be back and suggest that anyone else follows suit.

UPDATE – Tiffany Mills from Buffalo Wild Wings contacted me. She apologized for the problems and asked me to give them another try so I did.
Everything was great this time. We received our veggies and sauces and the burger was perfect! They put the toppings under the burger so it wouldn’t get soggy. And, as always, the wings were exceptional. Thank you!

I ordered food earlier this week for pickup. Not only did they not include any of the sauces and veggies that I ordered, but my hamburger bun was soaked and I had to put it on my own bread. I picked up on time but my bag of food was not under a heat lamp so it was mostly cold. And, I did contact the company about this but after 5 days they have still not responded to my inquiry. I do not recommend BWW, and will eat just about anywhere else instead.

I like the location and the wings but they forgot to put my ranch and the mixed veggies in the bag twice, on two separate occasions. Idk I prefer veggies so it was disappointing. One time isn’t a big deal but twice is upsetting. I don’t think I’ll order from this location again.

I saw this new BWW “go” (carry out only) location the other day and was excited to see it in my area. I think it’s in a great location cross from the university. I ordered food from there this evening and it was great! Very fresh and the staff was super nice. I was even able to use my BWW rewards coupon, even though it isn’t a “dine-in” location. Will keep in mind when I’m having a wing craving!

tried the new location for the first time tonight and it was great! my fries were nice and crispy and my wings were perfectly sauced! i’ll definitely be back to this location, it is much better!!! staff was very nice too 🙂
