Jerry’s Restaurant and Lounge was an absolute blast and such a memorable stop. From the moment I arrived, the staff made the experience even better with how friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming they were. They took the time to talk with me about the inlet and the surrounding area, answering all of my questions and sharing helpful insights that made me appreciate the location even more. It felt less like a quick meal and more like a place where locals truly enjoy connecting with visitors.
The food was delicious and hit the spot, and the drinks were perfectly cold and refreshing—exactly what you want after traveling. Everything was served quickly and with great care, which added to the overall experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and full of character, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the moment.
Getting there was a bit of an adventure—the road was rough and definitely hard on the suspension—but I made it, and it was well worth the effort. Despite the bumpy ride, I’d absolutely make the trip again. Jerry’s is the kind of place that turns a challenging drive into a story and a great stop into a lasting memory.

Great quick-service spot at the most northern tourist attraction in the U.S., literally right across the bar out front. The cheeseburger and broasted chicken were delicious, and the tablet to check back into the U.S. worked smoothly, super convenient.
We brought our own ice house up and called ahead. They were very knowledgeable on the phone, confirmed lake access for ice fishing, and even shared tips on where to try for fish. Huge plus.
They also have well-priced apparel that actually says “The Most Northern Point in the U.S.” and “Northwest Angle,” which we appreciated. I do wish there were more apparel options with those phrases, but we still found pieces that both my husband and I liked. Way better than the generic Lake of the Woods shirts you can get elsewhere without crossing the border.
Overall, great food, helpful staff, and a fun, unique stop. Would absolutely return.

It’s a restaurant on this special area with souvenir shops. The owner is very friendly. The food was tasty. The view on the window seat was amazing. Make sure try their soup. It’s delicious. The dessert for that day was blueberry cheesecake it’s perfectly sweetened. There are plenty of souvenirs included the special whisky . You can pick up your own favor table.

I’m excited we got to eat at Jerry’s while we were visiting Angle Inlet for the day. It’s very cozy on the inside and is right next to lake of the woods and the buoy. Only a couple workers were staffed, but they did a great job of multi-tasking and were extremely nice. We got the pepper jack mac and cheese bites and they were out of this world. What a great item to get right off the bat. I got a chicken bacon ranch melt with really good onion rings and my wife got a chicken strip basket. The portions are really big so we did end up spending over $50 for two people. I would recommend splitting if you aren’t that hungry. Altogether a great experience and wonderful meal.

To be a true Minnesotan, you have to at some point go to Angle Inlet Minnesota and leave some money there. I just fulfilled that reality. It’s nice that Jerry’s is even there for us to go to. All you have to do to claim the fame is order something to eat and drink there. The food was fantastic. Enjoy…

A good restaurant bar. Had a very tasty bacon cheeseburger with a
Bouy beer made in the Twin Cities.
Friendly and helpful staff and customers for some questions I asked.
They have an IPad to check into the US Customs if Jim’s corner IPad isn’t working very fast.
Great upper deck for viewing of the lake, the flag, and the Northern most point bouy.
A dirt road for the last 22 mi/ 35km from the Warroad MN, USA. direction.

Worth the drive to the Northwest Angle! Out for a fun drive in Manitoba and stopped for food on a whim. Service was spectacular and the food matched. If you’re in the area, check this place out. Taco Tuesday and there was a taco bar, but went with the Jerry’s burger and it didn’t disappoint. The Walleye sandwich was also great as was the chicken bacon ranch wrap. We’re fans!!!

Nice restaurant near Young’s Bay Resort where I was staying for the evening. Walked over and met one of the new owners. Very nice. Good drinks. He stated everything is homemade so I came back for dinner. I arrived late, they close at 9:00pm got there at 8:40pm but they said the kitchen was open so I stayed. Had the Cordon Bleu special a bit pricey but figured why not. It was ok. The cordon bleu was similar to what you can buy by Gordon Foods in the frozen food so not great. The au gratin potatoes were cold and not very flavorful but the baked beans were really good. I was hungry and hadn’t eaten all day so food is food. I would definitely go back but I’d get something else. The burger and sweet potato fries looked really good. The owners are super nice. Great atmosphere. And despite my meal had a very nice time. And they sell pull tabs.

Lovely deck, terrible service. Lack of professionalism is an excellent way to describe this hole in the world. I met the owner, he is the only good thing going for this box in the middle of nowhere. Fire all the cooks and hire a real crew. Hands down worst experience of my life. Will never spend my money there again. Thanks for the experience, this place is lucky Canada doesn’t allow people like me.
