I love this restaurant! The lounge was not available at the connected hotel for renovation purposes so they gave me some free appetizer coupons. The bartenders were amazing and my order came out pretty fast. The chicken wings were so good! There was other things on the menu I wanted to try, but I was so full I could not. They also had a really good Cabernet. I forget what it was called or which one it is I really wish I’d wrote it down because I had never heard of this one before. Is a typical bar at night. And then it’s also where they serve breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was great as well and the service was good in the morning as well! I had an omelette in the morning that was yummy! I’ll definitely come back when in town again!

With it being slow, the restaurant should’ve been clean. I walked in to one side of the floor being dirty. Trash on the floor. So I went to the other side to sit. The girl that was with him working never said anything to me until she saw the tip. THEN she asked if she could help. Just NOT very friendly.
The food wasn’t anything to rave about. I had the Blacken Cajun Chicken recommended by Zac. I added an additional piece of chicken b/c the piece was small, but they gave ALOT of pasta. They have A LOT of sauce, but it was some THICK ALFREDO SAUCE. The second piece of chicken was SMALLER than the first, but I ate and was satisfied. The place was ABSOLUTELY dead, but Zac’s customer service was good which is why I’m giving TWO stars! He was attentive and had a great sense of humor.
On my way to my room, I met a lady that comes here once a month for work. She was saying how GROSS the food is, and she was going to try the appetizers tonight. I told her to have a glass of wine to help wash it down.
If you can’t find anything else in the area, give this place a try and let me know your thoughts. Maybe this was just an “off” night.

This pub sits on the second floor of the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel. This was my first visit and will obviously be my last. The first issue was the difficulty of to locating the pub upon entering the hotel.
The restaurant was clean, quiet, and pleasant enough. Sports were displayed on every screen. I guess that is to expected with it being marketed as a pub. However, it would have been nice if at least one screen featured something different.
The service was spot on but the food was horrible. My server, Eric, did a lovely job of making me feel welcome! I ordered the Smoked BBQ Ribs, half a rack and a Spritz Refresher. The BBQ was cold, the sauce was extremely sweet. The fries were plenty but overcooked.
I was sorely disappointed. Your food is a huge part of your image, and your reputation!

We went here a year ago and were waiting to get seated and a waitress came over and told us that we had
to leave because she sat a table when it’s a huge restaurant with tons of open seating, there were maybe about 20-30 tables open and she had seated about 5 tables and told the line to leave and wait in the hotel, what a joke! So rude and terrible service

Overall they’re pretty good. The atmosphere, I feel, is a bit confusing. It’s “Spectators” and is trendily decorated with sports memorabilia and art, but the rest of the ambiance is upper-scale. Like I said, overall lovely place to grab a beer, just a bit pricey.

Overall it was a bit meh. Fries were pretty good, burger didn’t have enough seasoning was a bit overcooked. That’s partially in me, I asked for medium well, but it was definitely more well done and was pretty dry. Our server wasn’t awful or anything like that, just not as attentive as I would have expected when there were multiple servers and they only have 10-12 tables in the place, so just a bit lackluster. To me the prices were high for the quality of food received.

For a hotel restaurant and pub the food was actually pretty good as I enjoyed a barbeque pulled pork sandwich….as pictured, the sauce was wonderful and the sweet potato. My waiter was excellent and very attentive. Enjoyable experience

IF YOU ARE FROM OUTA TOWN, DO NOT EAT HERE FOR KC BBQ. The coleslaw with the onions- excellent. The fries- hot n fresh.
The ribs and burnt ends- horrible, tasted a couple days old, reheated, dry, and hard to swallow. With only 4 other customers in the place, why did it take 35min to bring out the old meat. If you order the gooey cake for dessert expect another 20min.wait.
