The food is very good! Ready made and quick and easy pickup from online ordering. The staff are very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered with no issues or complaints. They were timely in meeting me at the counter as well. The atmosphere was friendly and warm and the facility was kept clean and accessible.

Ordered online at 5:10 to have it ready for pick up at 6. Walked in at 6:05 and they hadn’t even started it yet! Meanwhile, other pick up orders are ready and waiting. Been waiting for 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and a cinnamon wheel. I understand it’s a dinner rush but don’t have online ordering available if you aren’t going to balance online orders with in store orders
Update: Cashier got an attitude with me when I asked for a refund because I watched the two people that came in after me and order at the counter get their pizzas first. He tried to say that “with as stacked as they are, order number doesn’t matter”. What?! I’ve worked at a restaurant for 15 years. I get it. But my order was the LAST one to be made.

Prompt and friendly service with a clean environment. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there and is always ready to answer any questions. There are lots of options to choose from. Online ordering is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this pizza place.

Ordered via App. for pickup later in the day. Arrived on time and meal was ready. Functionally all expectations were met. Was not greeted upon entering and my attempt to greet was ignored. Pick up order from rack and shared my appreciation for having order ready and wished all a good evening… again ignored. I’ll be back again because i truly enjoy the take and bake experience and the taste of papa murphys. But will not pre-tip when placing order ever again. Tips are extra and need to be earned. Meeting basic business needs is not extra and not deserving of a tip.

Never had a bad experience here, I picked up a mobile order this morning and the girl behind the counter was busting her butt making orders while greeting me and making sure my order looked up to my standards. Not sure if she was the only one working but she did a great job.

ordering and picking the pizza up was efficient and ready at the time I selected. The only thing that got me was the fact I HAD to place a tip with the online order, or it would not go through. That is not cool. Obviously, not against employees but against being forced to leave a tip to be able to complete an order is just wrong.
