I ordered online tonight.
Upon arrival, the drive thru long was quite long.
My husband went inside and the ladies quickly made our order.
They were quick, efficient, and polite.
This location is always on top of things and seems to take pride in their store.

Girl at the drive thru was so rude! Was doing so much and nothing at the same time. Got the combo for #10, the steak burrito you see tiktokers eat. Don’t get it. So small here. I was catfished and they don’t have any sauces besides the basic mild and fire sauces. No ranch or cheese sauces you get with the burrito. I was so sadm. $10 combo and didn’t even get full. Going forth I’ll stick to my CFA or crunchy tacos which are staples.

11/10/25 @12pm-I went through the drive thru and asked for a cup of cheese at the window while the woman was running my card. She told me I had to pay for the cup of cheese which I told her was fine and she could run my card(which she was holding in her hand). She then started screaming at me that she couldn’t add a cheese sauce on and that I would have to go back through the drive thru(no one was even in line) and then slammed the drive thru window so hard that the window bounced back open. All of this over a cheese sauce ♀️ I went in to speak with the “manager” and she had a snarky grin while I was explaining what happened and told me she would let the manager know(I thought she was the manager).

I’m reaching out about a disappointing experience I had with my recent order from your location (#029120) on Christmas Eve (Order H 228, picked up at 4:11 PM). I’ve had issues with quality from this restaurant before, but this time it was particularly upsetting, especially given that I spent nearly $50 expecting a decent meal for my family.
Here’s what happened:
1. Chicken Flatbread Melt (Modified)
• I ordered it with no chicken, added steak, and spicy ranch. What I got was a flatbread that looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. It seemed like the chicken was just scraped off, a tiny amount of steak was thrown on, and the wrapper had actually molded to the flatbread.
2. 10-Piece Chicken Nuggets
• These were tough and tasted like they had been sitting for hours, then dunked back in grease to reheat. They had a strong taste of old fryer oil.
3. Cheesy Double Beef Burritos (6)
• While the burritos were okay in terms of customization (paid for added onions), they didn’t have a single onion on it
4. Beef Chalupa
• The chalupa was stale and clearly not made fresh.
On a night like Christmas Eve, I expected better. It’s frustrating to spend $50 and get food that honestly felt like it wasn’t prepared with care. This is not the first time I’ve experienced something like this at this location, but it was by far the worst.
I’d like to hear how this can be made right. I’m not just looking for a refund—I’d appreciate knowing this feedback will lead to improvement for future orders.

I was exited to see that the Tostada was back! It was always one of my favorites! But when I got one over half of the toppings weren’t even ON it!! They were just thrown in the box! I shook it around and there was no way that this happened in the car! And now the Tostada isn’t even available any more! Very disappointed

This is an edit. As we got farther down the road. The first two tacos were ok they weren’t customized. Ordered our crunch wraps with no tomatoes. One had tomatoes. They also had almost no meat and were plain bad.
Food was pretty good and fresh. Would have been 5 stars. But I literally asked for a cup. Not a drink or anything and the lady at the window got a attitude then turned around and started saying something about it. So 2* for service. All in all ok though.

We had to go back thru the drive-thru bc we weren’t given the potatoes we ordered. I ordered a Doritos Locos Supreme with light tomatoes. There were no tomatoes & sour cream was in one spot. That’s the beginning though. The Meximelt was cold, not lukewarm, but COLD as if it had been in the fridge. All of the cheese on the chicken cantina taco was on the outside of the taco. The worst was the Mexican pizza though. Most of the toppings were on one side and there was NO cheese at all.
I honestly don’t know why we keep giving them another chance. We’ll stick with the Mexican restaurants when in Leeds/Moody. If we want Taco Bell, we’ll wait til we’re out of town.
