Ordered a small super Hawaiian original crust. Worst pizza I have ever gotten from papa johns and I have had papa johns in other countries. It came thin crust and was a little burnt. Just tasted blah as I get this same type of pizza anytime I order. Would never order from here again.

For the last two orders, we have ordered hand tossed/original crust cheese pizza and it’s come out as thing crust burnt cheese pizza. They must have gotten a new cook or trying to save on dough because it’s gotten bad. They need to go back to their old quality pizza that isn’t burned and an original crust doesn’t mean thin, burned crust.

Pizza was good after we heated it in the oven. It arrived cold in a crushed box. Delivery driver didn’t attempt to bring it to our door and left it in the lobby of the apartment building. Called the manager and got attitude. Will not spend money here again.

DO NOT place an order with this franchise. We never received our pizza. Manager promised me a free pizza. When I went to redeem it, he said he doesn’t have anything associated with me or my account (and wouldn’t even take the email proof from me showing the order).
