Quesadilla lovers beware – apparently they wrap your quesadilla like a burrito here. How am I supposed to eat this with my hands ? And yes, I clarified multiple times that I ordered a quesadilla before they wrapped it. This is how it comes!!

I’m a regular at another Honest location and always enjoy it, so I tried this one expecting the same experience. A few things here felt off.
When I walked in, one of the employees had stepped around the counter (about two feet from the food) and coughed. Not sure if she stepped away on purpose or if it was coincidence, but she had been handling food before and after and wasn’t wearing a mask, so it stood out from a hygiene standpoint.
While ordering, they didn’t ask which tortilla I wanted and gave me the wrong one. The touchscreen at checkout also had visible food marks until I pointed it out.
The biggest issue was the food quality. Even at 11:30 a.m., the steak and chipotle chicken weren’t warm and didn’t taste as fresh as the other location I go to. It just felt like less care went into the prep.
None of these things are huge alone, but together they show this new location needs to tighten up consistency and attention to detail.

Pumped to have an Anna’s near my office. Place is run like a well oiled machine. Food tastes just as good as the other locations. Only thing is the portions are significantly smaller than in the other locations I have been to. Probs less experienced burrito rollers, who are scared to make them big. But hopefully that improves

We went to have lunch today to this location. We are very disappointed with the service the flavor and the attention. I asked a quesadilla but the stingy woman who prepared it was unbelievable. The quesadilla looked just like a taco. You not even taste the rice or beans or the tiny carnitas she put on. My girlfriend had to asked twice for lettuce. This tattooed lady is arrogant, ill-mannered, rude and the expression on her face makes you never want to come back here again. It does not meet at all what Anna’s Taqueria is about. She shall be sent to location in Porter Sq, they are the best.

Been an Anna’s fan for over 20 years, various locations. Really happy to have this new location downtown! Biggest piece of feedback is that everything is VERY watery. The beans and meats sit in liquid, and at other locations it is strained before going into burritos and bowls, but here the burritos drip everywhere and there’s a half inch of liquid at the bottom of the bowls.

I’ve been a fan of Anna’s for a long time, but this location is very disappointing. I ordered a chimichurri bowl online and they forgot the chimichurri sauce. The quality of the food was mediocre and the presentation was sloppy. I’m unlikely to go back unless they improve their operation.

I was excited to see one pop up so close to me, but I’ve never witnessed such a dysfunctional kitchen or apathetic attitude towards hygiene. I’ve been here three times, but will steer clear for a while, I think.
This is for a prime downtown location in the middle of the workday, mind you!
