Avid Starbucks drinker here, always the same drink. I travel a lot so I have been to ALOT of different locations…. The service is great here but my drink is AWFUL every time. Again I get the same thing every time. This is the ONLY location that this happens at. It just tastes nasty. Watered down/ no flavor. Not sure what they are doing but they need to be re trained.

I did an order ahead pick up order and when I got there the drink was hot. I asked for a cup of ice and was going to be set (I wanted iced but didn’t know “iced espresso” was an option on the app), the female employee asked if it was made wrong and when I told her no, that it was my error because I didn’t know how to select “ice” on the customize menu of espresso. The female employee (unsure name) showed me how to do it, and even remade my drink for free. Amazing service and even took the time to show me for next time!

Came in and walked straight to the register, nobody else was in line or waiting. Waited for two minutes for someone to say, “We’ll be with you shortly.” Then waited another 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. I have to reiterate, it wasn’t busy. Finally get to waiting for my drink which came out fine, but had to remind them I ordered food as well and waited extra for that.

Listen. Same order since the day they opened. Every day. Not 6 out of 7 days but EVERY day the SAME EXACT ORDER, and what happens? Still gets messed up. And why? Is it that hard? I have never ever ordered a hot coffee, yet that seems to be what I get 40% of the time. And their line is so long and I won’t be a dick to others who are waiting so I just leave. But come on enough is enough. Stop messing things up before you become McBucks.

Noticed my drinks were feeling lighter and lighter every visit, opened the two drinks I ordered in venti size and they were half filled and the remaining space was all whip cream. These drinks are not cheap and I feel like for what they cost they should be filled completely. Especially if I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order. Very disappointed

Isn’t the first time I went through got a strawberry Aki refresher, it was absolutely disgusting. I went back through and asked him to remake it . They said it’s made with water. I stated that I know that. But I’ve been getting the strength for a couple years now and I wish every source is consistent, but it taste like tainted water you get from the tap and drop a couple berries in Sorry if I wanna pay $6/7 dollars for something, I would hope it would taste halfway decent. The remake was a little more bearable. Hoping the team can learn from this and do better

I agree with half the people on here..I usually go almost everyday of the week now I barely go once a month.. because I know they’re gonna make it wrong all I get is a strawberry açai light ice no strawberries. You literally pour it out of a picture that’s already premade and it’s still wrong! Today I got my whole cup filled with ice! I will not be back to the sturgis location…it’s almost a $6 dollar drink and it should be made right. It’s has gone downhill…

I went in around 4 PM, and they seemed pretty busy. One of the tables needed wiped, and the workers were pretty focused on making drinks. I ordered pumpkin chai with no water, and it is pretty good! Not sure of their hours, as it isn’t posted on their building yet. I’ll probably be back in the future, but there aren’t many spots for a bigger group to meet (one table of 3 and a bunch of smaller tables), so I’ll go elsewhere in town if I am meeting with a group.

Your drinks are inconsistent when made. I don’t know what’s happened, but maybe you guys need to retrain your employees on how to measure out drinks correctly. 7+ dollars for a drink to be sloppy and inconsistent is unacceptable. Do better!

I think they must’ve had a very rough morning/day by the time I got there because no one was particularly happy to see a customer walk in… behind the counter was a bit of a mess and one bathroom had no toilet paper but I think they were understaffed and tired. I was grateful for this location though, needed a break on my 15 hour drive. PSL and sausage egg and cheddar were good 🙂 The only thing I know about Michigan is this Starbucks haha.
