Service: They’re all very nice and efficient.
I have ADHD and anxiety, so vibes are very important to me for returning places.
My favorite server happens to be the RedHeadedGuy with nice fashion (Im terrible with names)
He’s so nice and has excellent vibes☆. He usually works alone, but he’s so positive and fast!
Update: Idk if I have a vibe type, or if it’s a coincidence that they’re both sweethearts, but there’s also a redheaded girl there with absolutely fantastic vibes☆! She’s so warm and nice, I definitely feel welcome!

I’ve been coming to Mel’s religiously for about a year or two now. I always get th fastest service by the friendliest faces. The girls go above and beyond to make something right if you are not satisfied.
Although I stick with my same order everyday and these girls know it by heart once in a while I’ll let the talk to me into something new. They were able to accommodate my needs with sugar free options when I was on Keto. As well as able to whip up an idea I gave them, “banana bread iced late with Carmel drizzle cold foam” They are also able to create kid friendly drinks which is a bonus when I have to littles.
If your looking for a wonderful local coffee hut this is the place to pull up to. I look forward to seeing the girls and drinking my late every morning! Thank you Mel and the girls for always going above and beyond!

I absolutely LOVE Mel’s, it is 100% my vice & a treat I give to myself lol the coffee is some of the best BUT lately, there is someone that is making the coffees & doesn’t know how… there will be a lot of sugar and coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup when normally there’s not so I know it’s someone in particular because it doesn’t happen every time! Despite this, I still love the quality of the coffee I just wish it was consistent. Thank y’all for always being open & the workers always being kind!

Everyone there is super friendly! The owner (Mel) is an exceptional woman! She strives for the best customer service.. Very supportive of her employees..The coffees are the best around no comparison! You will not be disappointed.. They have a Butlerville location that is superb as well if you’re in that area! Go definitely check them out, it’ll be worth it !! Go Support smaller businesses!

I’ve only been there a few times but each time I go, the workers have been really friendly and have taken their time to help me out as a new customer. This time, I had McKinley and she offered to remake my drink if I didn’t like the taste of it. I appreciated it since I don’t get coffee a lot and I was very clueless as to what the terms are. She helped explain it to me in a way I could understand. Her service along with the others made me feel very welcome!
