Beach Burger closes on Long Beach boardwalk – Newsday
Beach Burger, which had been serving grass-fed burgers and hand-cut fries since 2019, has closed, according to an announcement on its Facebook page.

Was looking for a quick bite overlooking the ocean. Beach burger has fantastic views. The food was okay. We had the beach burger & chili dog. The fries were a bit soggy after coming out hot. Not sure why? Cashier was very polite and also brought the food to outdoor seating picnic table. Good place to relax. Will come back for ice cream and a shake perhaps…

Excellent eatery on the Long Beach Boardwalk. We ordered the avocado salad and then the ice cream twist for desert and both were fresh and delicious. Outstanding customer service and very clean. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous. I went here with my cousin and her husband and we had a blast. The beach is beautiful and waves are strong and the food is fantastic. Price y but worth it. This is a perfect example of money’s worth.

I think this place is my favorite restaurant I’ve ever been to in terms of atmosphere because of its location on the beach and everything from the hula hoops to the fun music. I will always get the Arnold Palmer or a lemonade as well as a chocolate milkshake if I’m in the mood, and they’re always great. My favorite thing to order is the buffalo chicken sandwich which is always so crispy and delicious. My one complaint, and it’s honestly a pretty big one, is that it is VERY expensive, so do with that what you will.

Overpriced for what you get. I was disappointed with the food, even with the expectation that it wouldn’t be great considering they have a captive market.
I had the chicken sandwich which I almost didn’t want to eat; seemed frozen and not even as good as an average fast food chicken sandwich for less than half the price.
Cheese fries were soggy, under-seasoned, and the cheese sauce itself was below average. Anyone raving about their fries must have never been to a 5 Guys?
Corn fritters were mid at best.
And the food did not sit well for me at all. Maybe stick to burgers and ice cream if you go here and your experience might be better?

We came with my family here every year in summer, we meet the owner two years ago and he was so nice, food always was amazing, we were obsessed with the burgers here. But we came today and the burgers were so mid… no salt, no taste at all, the most simple and boring burger ever. I don’t know if they change the chef or the owner but it’s definitely not the same. Sad.

We were strolling along the boardwalk and saw this gem! The food was unbelievable! I loved being able to order lunch for breakfast, food is fresh- staff is so kind. We will definitely be back! We ordered the big Kahuna burger and old bay fries. Definitely not a 4.3* place. Try 5***. Beautiful views!

The employees are Beyond nice so I felt really bad telling them that the food was good when they asked me. Unfortunately my daughter’s chicken sandwich she said was horrible so she didn’t eat it and I had a salad that pretty much gave me a sour stomach. There was tons of dressing and it tasted like a cross between pickled mayonnaise and Russian dressing. My son had the cheese fries and the cheese was not very good. We just wrapped everything up to go. On the positive it’s a great place to stop for shakes and ice cream.

Beach Burger is my family’s go-to summer spot. Their hand cuts fries are amazing. Breakfast sandwiches are the best. They have the best gluten free buns I ever had. A bit pricey but it’s our summer splurge on weekends.
