Great experience at Harvey’s! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way I like it. The service by Amanjot was excellent — very friendly, polite, and quick. She made sure everything was perfect and created a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I will be coming back again!

I ordered a large Chicken Bacon Ranch Poutine with extra gravy through uber eats last night, but what I received was nothing close to that. It was just fries with a few pieces of chicken, bacon, some cheese curds, and barely any ranch. There was no gravy at all, even though I specifically paid for extra. The whole thing was very dry and not at all what I expected from Harvey’s.
It’s really disappointing to pay for something and not receive it as described. The pictures speak for themselves. I even tried to call the store 5 times, but the won’t answer the call. I hope Harvey’s can improve on quality control and make sure customers actually get what they order.

Me and my friend had a great lunch at Harvey’s .The food was fresh and hot, but what really stood out was the service. There’s a girl named Amanjot Kaur , she was so polite, friendly and welcoming. Her way of serving was so good and gentle.she really made our visit special. Definitely coming back!!

Last night my husband and I went through the drive thru. Customer Service was amazing! Very cheerful, polite and helpful while ordering. We were then greeted at the window by a lovely young lady who was smiling and sweet. Service was quick and food was exactly as ordered! HUGE koodos to Halle as she made our experience phenomenal!

Came in around 2 AM and the staff absolutely delivered — special thanks to Carrie for making a delicious buffalo chicken poutine with so much care and flavor. Super friendly service, fresh food, and great vibes even that late at night. Really appreciate the effort and dedication. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Well it’s been awhile since I visited here. It still tastes good. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed my visit. I found the music, ect very positive.
The staff is wonderful. All of them. Carrie went out of her way to make me happy. I really needed that as I had been having one of those days.
