My wife and I used to get two coffees there a day we stopped about a year ago because every time we got a call cause they made it wrong once in a while we’ll go well today. One small mocha velvet ice with whip whipped cream. She put chocolate all in it on top of the whipped cream. I told her that’s not right she put it all in a blender and reserved it.

This PJs has gone down. We go to this location daily and the consistency is not there anymore. The machines are always down or the drinks do not taste right. I ordered a voodoo energy today that was basically water. Granitas have also been watery.

This location is price gouging. They recently increased their prices an entire dollar. Quite a jump for a drink. Employee said increase was due to new 32oz size for large cold beverages. That would be acceptable, but their prices increased for HOT beverages too, which are still the standard 20oz size that they’ve always been. So we now have to pay $1 extra for nothing?? The staff here have no explanation. I get the same PJs drink about 4-5 times per week. None of the other locations have increased their prices for either cold OR HOT beverages. Save your money and go to the next nearest location.
Update: This location also doesn’t confirm account when scanning app QR code for rewards points. Just realized my points from last several purchases weren’t applied to my account. Staff from different location said that employees are supposed to check the screen since the scan doesn’t always work.

Love that there is a PJ’s right by our house!! We are stopping here at least 3-4 times a week now! Ppl are friendly most of the time. Saturday crew this morning(3.6.21) was not as warm and friendly as the staff during the week. Very short and was rushing to hurry up with our order.

I went again this morning (3.8.21) and everyone was super sweet and complimentary! The young lady added my points this am as well. I will visit frequently! Coffee is awesome! ☕️

While the coffee is good, the noise of the machines and the scraping of chairs makes it almost impossible to hear the person across the table from me since I wear hearing aids.

Young lady behind the counter was rude when I asked for my chips when I had ordered the combo and paid for the drink to be upsized. Was told that they did not offer sides anymore. The coffee au lait was not good. It was made with french vanilla instead of plain. Overall i paid $32 for 2 sandwhiches and 2 teas, which were not good either, and a coffee that i threw away because of the strong vanilla flavor. Overall i us8ally enjoy a quick stop through PJs but will NEVER stop at this particular one again on my travels.

I love PJ’s so please don’t get me wrong for rating it low, but I have frequently bought a hot flavored coffee and and it was barely Luke warm at 8:20am. This has happen a few times recently and sometimes the flavored coffee does not seem brewed right as in too dark or too light.
You have great workers considering you seem low staffed.

PJ’s has stopped selling my favorite pastry….the cranberry-orange scone!! While I love their granitas with their strong coffee flavor, the loss of my favorite pastry will greatly reduce my PJ visits unfortunately…..I am seriously bummed

Pretty slow and when they finally make your drink they do not call your order out so if you go there and do some work, you may not even be aware when your order is ready. I’ll try the other location next.

PJs is always spectacular!!! Great employees and great coffee. Try the Cranberry Orange muffin or the Spinach and Feta croissant. The. Turkey Bacon Egg White and Cheddar sandwich is great too
