The guy working was super rude. I work at the Hot Topic in the mall and am entitled to a mall employee discount. He was super cagey with me and was telling me I needed “proof” despite seeing me there all the time. He also gave me portions so small they were on par with Chipotle. I’m not going back when he’s working but the other lady there is nice.

Today FRIDAY, APRIL 7 2023..we decided to visit for the first time North Point Mall for some food at the food court….very sad to say…Terrible, we, me and my husband, ordered 3 item combo… look at the picture. Barely any meat protein in it. She knew what she was doing too. It’s as easy as : NEVER COMING BACK. And this is suppose to be a “good, nice mall” yeah sure. (NOT AT ALL)

I saw one of the one cooks not wearing gloves or a hair net, used his bare hands to open a bag to put the egg rolls in. I asked him, “Don’t you think you need to put gloves on?.” He replied, I don’t need to use gloves. I BEG YOUR UNSANTITARY PARDON!!!! Decided to try their fire cracker shrimps within their combos. The employees are told not to specify that they will charge you extra for the shrimps. They do include them as entree as stated in the combo meals that are 9.99. Never again!!!

This place gave me horrid experience. The portions were tiny. I asked respectfully to put a little more lo mein, but the lady put only 2 noodles more. The food was dry and no flavour, you can only taste bread. I felt really sick after eating in this particular place.
