They put the wrong food in my order which im allergic to. What a waste of time and gas after returning the food that I bought for my family and I. This is the 2nd time and they have not done anything for the inconvenience. Only if we would STOP BUYING CHINESE FOOD FOR 30 DAYS or more, maybe the neighborhood would change to be better.

Absolutely Terrible! Clearly you can see the condition of these string beans. Look closely around the rim. They are brown which to me is an indication that the string beans weren’t fresh. They were spoiled. Looks like they have been sitting there collecting dust for months at their restaurant. Not to mention how hard and stiff they were….Customers beware.

I called in to place an order I specifically asked for the chicken to not be crispy when I got home the chicken was fried to the point of it being hard when I called the manager said she reviewed my phone order and said I told them to fry it I then asked her what was my last words of the conversation she didn’t want to admit that I said no too crispy I put the food in the garbage the chicken was too hard to chew and the manager was ok with lying

I’m not sure what happened to this place, but their food quality and taste has changed significantly, and not for the better. The egg roll may have be fried several times over with very little substance inside; and the fried rice was NOT fresh – had no flavor! My overall rating is simply “nasty.”

Not happy at all. My boyfriend and I ordered sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice and chicken lo mein. When the delivery came there was no shrimp fried rice but plain rice and ofcourse we were charged for shrimp fried rice. We called the restaurant twice and when they “realized” it was their mistake they asked if we wanted delivery or pick up. It’s your mistake, we want delivery. They claimed someone was bringing it. The food never came and a credit wasn’t issued for the difference. So what couldve been a simple fix turned into them losing customers and a noy so glowing nationwide review. You can’t play with people’s time, money or food. Poor display of customer service.
