First, I want to say that our waitress was FANTASTIC. She was super attentive and helpful. I didn’t complain to her because she was so sweet and it’s clearly not her fault that the food is gross! Unfortunately the food was AWFUL! I got chips and salsa for an appetizer and it was literally like ketchup, I had to add a ton of salt and pepper to add flavor. For my meal I got the “grilled” grouper sandwich. You can look at the pic and see it’s clearly NOT grilled. Microwaved at best. It was absolutely horrible. The whole meal ended up being $30 for an awful lunch. Definitely won’t be going back.

Well all went well until.we paid like $13 or $14 for a cheese burger the size of a McDonald’s cheese burger and it came with packets of mustard mayo ketchup and a piece of lettuce pickle spear and small slice of tomatoe. I felt like Id been cheated. When you order a burger you want a big burger fixings and condiments on it and not a spear, and packets I want pickles dang it. And for $13 or $14 I want beef ! Wheres the Beef? It left me wishing I had a couple more bites.

When the sign says open. The hostess is hiding in the back on her phone. You wait 45 minutes for food. When no other customers are in the restaurant. She brings out an extra platter of fish and swears we ordered it but actually she wanted it for herself. She literally sat in the office with the door open and ate the fish while we still waited on the rest of our orders. We got no napkins and had plastic silverware. None of the food was seasoned and was mostly cold. I have never had such horrible service and food.

The staff seems very upset with the environment they work in. The food was subpar and the atmosphere was a drag. A table of older ladies sat quietly eating while the dj blasted rap music in the back. This place overall seems very chaotic and disorganized. Would not recommend.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Shreveport/Bossier. You won’t find another like it. The ENTIRE wait staff is amazing. I know almost everyone there by name. There’s never a long wait for your food and the quality is A++ everytime! I’ve never had to send food back, my food has never been over nor under cooked. They are extremely consistent with the quality of their food and their service. I wish more people knew about the restaurant and gave it a shot because you 100% will not regret it!! I love wings and shrimp and usually get one or the other wherever I go, but this restaurant literally has it as a meal and it’s only $13.99 for 6 shrimp and 6 wings. You CANNOT beat that price anywhere. And their homemade ranch is to die for!!! It is so delicious! Their drinks are also amazing. I hope someone sees this review and decides to give them a shot. I promise you won’t regret it!

For this to be my first time going it was just okay. The Chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta is lacking of the cajun flavor and to spend 32.00 and only have 4 pieces of shrimp. Also I guess depending on when you come they charge 5.00 to enter.
