Great service! Fast and friendly staff, large portions served. Owner cares about what he does and satisfying customers is one. I hate to make this post because I absolutely ADORE the Taylor Wingsnob but the last three times I’ve been there, something is wrong.
I always order the buffalo parm Cauliflower wings. That’s all I get there and the photo attached is when I picked up the order and opened it and went back inside and kindly asked why more sauce/parm and overall “wings” were lacking? The guy at the counter looked shocked and told his cook to “get it together” and they were kind enough to remake it.
My other half gets boneless wings and they are always sauced so well, so I’m confused why the veggie option is getting shafted recently?
One time I ordered them and there was no sauce at all, literally! They were just plain fried cauliflower and when I called someone said “no I sauced them” so I drove over to show them. I mean, what, did I suck the sauce off myself lol?
I’ve ordered once more since that side by side photo and once again the sauce is barely there. I’m mostly just eating fired cauliflower and 10% sauce. I remember the days where the box was sopping with sauce lol I love that!!! I don’t want to give up hope on this store but I shouldn’t have to go in every time I order to ask for more of what I should already be getting. Please give more love to my favorite wings or hire someone else!!

Came here yesterday. Great customer service from Mac. He was very kind and respectful! The food was prepared quickly and was still hot when I arrived. The inside of the store is very clean and neat! Also the food was amazing and fresh! I will definitely be back!

The manager there is awesome! My first time there and she explained to me that the chicken is fresh and not frozen! She recommended the garlic Parmesan fries which are amazing and the mango habanero along with the buffalo lemon pepper sauce are so delicious! The boneless were cooked to perfection juicy and flavorful! If anyone has any issues ask for her she’s so accommodating!! Thank you definitely I will be back!!
