APPETIZERS SOUP / SALADS RAW BAR
Reviews
The Kitchen staff, the food was made perfectly. The steak came out Medium Rare (which I asked for). The presentation of the food on the plates was beautiful, especially for it being a busy day. We had our full Course meal all within 1hr 30min. Which was beyond our expectations!
The ladies we given a rose and a Valentine’s Card, which was so adorable and much appreciated. Overall, everything was amazing and we will be back!
The sauces that accompanied the raw platter were buoyant and flavorful. Everything was completely frictionless. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The portion sizes are perfect – it’s not so much that you leave feeling bloated and overstuffed but it is just the right amount to be full and appreciate each bite.
Even though it’s simple, the duck fat fries are just so crunchy and unctuous, you should definitely consider them.
Update: went again today for our anniversary and it was even better than last time. Our meal was simply amazing. We had a great server, Matt, who made the experience laid back and pleasant. We will certainly keep coming back!
When we arrived, we asked for him and were initially told he wasn’t available — which felt odd since he had originally been assigned to us. That part was confusing, but we let it go. We did end up liking our server and she was kind throughout our meal.
We ordered four espresso martinis, a bottle of wine for the table, meals for everyone, and dessert for the kids. Our total was around $500, so we absolutely came to enjoy ourselves and support the restaurant. We did have four children with us, and while there is a kids menu, the atmosphere at the beginning made us feel like our presence with kids wasn’t entirely welcomed.
What truly upset us was at the end of the night. We had just closed out and still had full drinks in hand when the owner approached us and essentially told us they needed the table immediately. It was framed as “no rush,” but it very much felt like a rush. After spending that amount and being loyal returning customers who constantly recommend this place, being pushed out the door like that felt disrespectful.
We left feeling embarrassed and honestly judged — almost like we were being sized up because we weren’t dressed in fancy attire. We understand restaurants get busy, but there’s a way to handle timing and guest experience without making customers feel unwelcome.
We loved this place, which is why this is so disappointing.
The caviar was exquisite and perfectly presented, and the steaks were absolutely divine—cooked flawlessly, rich in flavor, and clearly top quality. Every detail felt intentional and refined.
This was more than just dinner; it was an experience. We’ll absolutely be back and will be asking for Matthew again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something truly special.
Grilled Spanish octopus (not large portion, but very tasty, including all the vegies, pickled onion very good)
Whole Roasted Branzino (whole fish brought to the tableside, the owner carefully took out the fish bones and then presented to the table, great service, very good taste, not fishy at all)
Fettuccine w/ lobster (very tender and tasty lobster, delicious)
Ribeye wagyu steak frites (medium rare done right, nice marble and good texture, very good and tasty)
