I have finally found a Thai Lao restaurant that consistently delivers on their food. We went there after they first opened and we were impressed with the selection of food options. It was difficult to choose and still is.
My husband loves their stir fried ginger chicken dish and always orders it. It is his “go to” dish and says it is just as delicious on the second day as the first day. I have tried their Kao soi Lao with chicken, red curry, larb and som tom. They all reminded me of the dishes my friends have made. The food is authentic and portions are large. We always have leftovers which stretches out one meal into an additional meal or two!
Online ordering is simple and the food is always hot when we pick it up.
The restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated. Staff are efficient and friendly. Sabaidee Thai Lao has become one of our favorite restaurants and it is worth the drive for us. We highly recommend giving them a try!

Great chili oil fried rice with extra veggies! One of the best fried rice I ever had. I also ordered coconut soup it was bit tangy for me the server was so kind she replaced the soup for me. Definitely recommend this place for someone craving spicy food.

I have been here twice now and keep wanting to go back again. A small place, but excellent food and service. The Massaman Curry was fantastic. As were the spring rolls with a peanut sauce. Pad Thai was great too. I really want to try one of the soups next time. I love anything with coconut milk! They also offer online ordering for pickup.

We tried this place on a whim today. The front side was still illuminated and said “OPEN” however, they were technically closed. The polite lady told us to come in and it wasn’t a problem.
We ordered Thai tea, crispy egg rolls and fresh spring rolls. I ordered the Green Curry with chicken and shrimp at spice level 1. My husband ordered the Combo Pho spice level 2.
All of it was fresh, tasty, and delicious. It came as each item was cooked. All had great flavor and great portions.
The staff were polite and attentive. The place was clean and orderly. I’m sure eventually they will make it feel more like a Laotian/Thai venue, but it works and it’s very clean and neat.
We will definitely be going back again and again. It was a little difficult to find because there wasn’t an obvious sign like the rest of the establishments in the strip, but has window signage.

Sabaidee is INCREDIBLE. It’s very rare that a local restaurant floors me with the quality of food. Extremely sweet service staff, very reasonable prices, and food that was clearly made with love and pride. It’s hidden away in Bellevue, but the freshness and quality merit alot of traffic. The traditional Lao style soup/noodles is without exaggeration, the most delicious bowl of anything I have ever tasted. Everything is also presented beautifully. Very developed rich flavor on the meats and perfect South Asian style sticky rice. The mango sticky rice was out of this world! Fragrant, flavorful sweet rice and the ripest most tender mango and beautiful creamy sauce.
