My hot dog was not hot and the bun wasn’t too soft. Also I ordered onions expecting the onions in Nathan’s Coney Island onion sauce you know the brownish sautéed onions but they were raw onions. That was really a disappointment. However the customer service and the fries were A1. Orangeade was pretty good too!

I have worked at several locations when I lived in NY, Coney Island, Oceanside, Massapequa, and Penn Station. I have Nathan’s in my blood growing up downwind in Luna Park, Brooklyn. The hot dog was perfectly cooked, it had that crunch with the skin on it. The onions were perfectly sauteed. The fries had the right flavor and texture, cooked to perfection.

I asked for a hotdog with mustard, sauerkraut, and onions. However, when I got home, I discovered that he covered the hotdog in ketchup and I saw no sign of the onions I asked for. I haven’t had a hotdog with ketchup in over 10 years. This ruined the experience for me. He also burnt the fries, they were overcooked and under salted. There is another chef that works there sometimes who does a much better job.

Friendly staff went above and beyond with service, brought my bag out to the car for me.
Hot dogs were perfectly snappy, fries were delicious and crunchy and everything was reasonably priced.
Can’t wait to go back, and to visit the brick and mortar store when it opens. I hope the same staff will be around.

Hot dogs are snappy skin dogs, yuck! We couldn’t eat them. They should offer skinless hot dogs, too. Fries are good. Corn dogs are ok. Chili sauce tastes like canned Hormel chili. They also charge too much. $6.79 on grubhub for one, normal sized, hot dog, sheesh!
