The guy charged me wrong, which I didn’t even know because I couldn’t find the price of 50 munchkins on the menu. The other worker fixed it (thank you!). The guy who overcharged me “filled” the box.. it’s not even full? I counted. It’s about 40, and every powdered one is stale.

I ordered an ice coffee with almond milk, the lady at the cashier takes my order. The lady making the drinks asks black coffee? I say no coffee with almond milk. She then proceeded to give me whole milk. I am severely lactose intolerant so obviously this did not end well. The lady was barely listening she did not care that I said almond milk. What if this was a serve allergy how would they have treated this. A complete mess.

When we walked in, the customer had clogged the toilet and the workers were so mad at him we almost already walked out due to them yelling and not helping us. As we were ordering the lady was still yelling at the guy and not listening to our order. They had their signs on their donuts wrong so we accidentally ordered a powdered donut instead of coconut donut and that set the worker lady off even more when we weren’t the ones that caused any issues in the first place. Hit up the Dunkin down the street and save yourself a headache.

Bad service, bad food preparation. I ordered a strawberry daydream Refresh with cold foam and they put whipped cream in it. I asked and they rudely told me that’s what it was, cream foam, which it isn’t because I always get that drink at another Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s not prepared like that. Horrible service, I don’t recommend this location.

If I could give them zero stars I would. No one speaks English. The young kids that work there are clueless and don’t listen. I ordered a breakfast sandwich the other day with my husband. Bit into it and pulled out a huge piece of plastic. I come back in and told the Indian woman who didn’t speak English. Her work space was a mess. Trash all over as she was trying to make sandwich. A recipe for disaster. Got a coffee today and it’s absolutely disgusting. They need to really get their acts together there…… went back last night and was giving a wrong order with uncooked bacon.. loved being sick all night. Someone needs to call the board of health on them. On top of it another day an Indian woman was making my sandwich and she touched her cell phone with the gloves she was making sandwiches with. Absolutely disgusting

Was gonna order here after using the bathroom but the cashier had the nerve to say to me “thank you for asking” sarcastically over the fact that I had to use the bathroom.
