There’s nothing particular wrong with Checkers. They’re just not my bag. There’s a reason I don’t go here. The checker burgers are just sub-par when compared to other places I’ve been. I don’t know if the patties are too small or the buns are just too big, but the taste just boils down to mediocre for me.
The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, but that’s just about it. Maybe I should have gotten the double or added tomatoes, smh. I, unfortunately, will not be back, but if I somehow get back here, I’ll probably just get fries or try something entirely different. The customer service was great, however, so I at least appreciate that aspect of my visit.

I would love to actually not give any stars. I ordered a baconzilla meal no mayo, big Buford meal and 5 wings. I was told it was gonna be a wait for the wings and I was cool with that. I was told to pull around to the parking lot and they would bring my food to me. 20 minutes passed and one of the employees came out to my car and told me to pull back around to the drive thru to get my food. I pulled back around and waited. When someone finally came to the window I got a confused look like they didn’t know what I was there for. I told the guy I didn’t receive my food and he said it’s not his fault, what did I get and closed the window. At that point I started to get really angry and I’m sure he could tell. I sat there for another 5 minutes and he came back with the baconzilla meal, wings and some pies, said sorry for the inconvenience and closed the window. I checked the bag and saw that I was missing the big Buford meal. I honked the horn to get the guy attention he ignored me. Another couple of minutes went by he came back again with another sandwich no fries.
When I finally got home my boyfriend and I opened our sandwiches and both were drenched in mayo and the baconzilla had no bacon. Please don’t go here after 12am if at all. Complete waste of money and rude staff. I will NEVER go here again.

As soon as I pulled up to the menu screen I was greeted and helped which was very convenient due to the fact that I was in a pinch for time. She read back my order correctly and had good manners. When she handed me my food she reminded me that I requested pickles and mayo with no tomatoes which I felt was really good skills as a fast food worker! All I have to say is thank you for the speedy accurate and excellent service. I asked for her name because her hard work needed to be recognized. Jade with the lavender hair.

Stopped for a quick bite. Wanted their special, which is no longer being offered. Instead got another special that was posted for $4.99 and got charged $5.99.
I was told the extra charge was because my order was a “medium” even though I didn’t request a medium. I didn’t argue. The food was just so-so, but I won’t be back anytime soon.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHECKERS. Go to any other one but this location. The staff is rude, irritable, aggressive and unprofessional. The person taking my order was literally yelling at me through the speaker because apparently I was taking to long to order, mind you I’m trying to order for 5 people (myself and 4 others in the car with me) and we were the only car there so they weren’t even busy. We canceled the order and went to the McDonald’s down the street instead. I will not spend my money at a place where they treat you like that. Checkers, you either need to fire the entire staff and bring in new people who are polite and were raised with manners and I don’t know…RESPECT or just shut this location down altogether.

I love this checkers down. I think the manager name there is jade she is so sweet and caring she offered me help I didn’t even need just doing her job to make sure the customer was satisfied. she didn’t even complain when the elderly lady was taking forever, just treated her with great mannerism and care. Just never before seen. I had to go on here and brag about the young lady. The franchise needs to know about her immediately. Thanks JADE for making my entire day the food was great.

Quality has definitely went down years ago checkers used to be so good and affordable now it’s over priced and you recieve cold food. Best thing u can get here is apple pies or a ice cream without breaking the bank smh

Me and my husband and son went here after a long day at my son football game so we where hungry. We been seeing commercial for the new Gorida sandwich and couldn’t wait to try it. The food was good. The service was horrible. After waiting for food which was ok cause I knew it was fresh and hot she hands me a bag and closed the window. I forgot to order my son mozzarella stick so my husband goes to front window to order so we don’t hold up the line. Mind you when she hands me the bag she slammed to window shut. I wait cause she said nothing to me. Then she comes back and ask did you need something. So I replied idk I wasn’t sure if this was it you never said a word to me no thank you no have a good day no Bye nothing so I dint know if I was done or not. She said yes your done. Also she never gave us ketchup which was requested, or straws. So i said well thanks for letting me know so I ask her name she say look I’m busy with a line mind you 2 people in line myself and 1 car. So your to busy to do basic customer service . She still never gave me her name. I ask my husband who at the walk up.window to get her name she refuses to give it to him also. I have a receipt. The young lady had short hair with light blond/violet color and a tattoo across her neck. She really needs retraining in customer service even when under pressure. The lack of experience/ customer service is horrible at this location. Mind you I don’t go to checkers often mabe 5 time ever. And this will be the last if this is how they treat there customers.
