Went in there for lunch today with my kids and mother. The girl working the counter asked me what I wanted. I asked for a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese. When she pulled the bread out it was completely dark brown almost black on top so I knew it was burnt but I continued to order. I wanted a pizza sub so I asked her to put pepperonis and then very light sauce and provolone cheese. She put the sauce on first which makes the bread completely soggy. And that’s not what I asked for. But again I was going to still try to eat it and I wanted it toasted but once I realized how burnt the bread was I wasn’t sure that I wanted it toasted. She was very short with me and when I complained about the sauce being put on first she told me that that is how they have to do that. Mind you every Subway I’ve ever went to has allowed me to have the pepperonis put down first and then the sauce so it doesn’t get soggy. My mother mentioned how burnt the bread was and she refused to agree with us that it was burnt or replaced the bread. All four of us had to walk out because we were not paying for a burnt sandwich. She got upset with us and asked us if we wanted anything else. She was completely rude and had no customer service skills. Will not be returning.

Ordered online….husband got there and had to ask about cookies we ordered “oh I forgot” not to mention they had none of the cookies we ordered. She gave my money back for the cookies and shorted us a dollar….a dollar isn’t much but if she cheats everyone out of a dollar…she could make some money by the end of the day. The bread my sandwich was on was so hard I couldn’t even eat the bread.. Last but not least I paid for extra tuna and didn’t get it

I go here a lot since I am working from home and until lately it has been wonderful. The service is always great and friendly. The dining area is always clean and welcoming. I don’t eat bread, so I will get a wrap. My last 3 visits, including today, they have been out of wraps. My trips are during the day, not late at night when I could better understand being out of something. May have to find a new place to get lunch.

Based on the last few trips to this location in particular, it leaves me conflicted. On one hand, it is a very clean and presentable store. For the most part, the employees that work there SEEM polite and well mannered. On the other hand…the sandwich making can be VERY and I mean VERY inconsistent, as if they lack pride within their job. I guess it depends on the day I suppose. I prefer going to this Subway over other locations, but they’ve made it hard on me to continue going there frequently.

I ordered a toasted sub with avocado for carryout, and it was missing the avocado. I took the sandwich and the receipt to the store to get my sandwich replaced with a fresh toasted sub made correctly. The crew member argued with me and told me it was made correctly and that they would not replace it. I am not a fan of eating cold soggy sandwiches, so I wanted it replaced which they eventually did.

The absolute slowest subway I have ever been too. It wasn’t because of the line, it was because how slow the employees were. It was like watching everything in slow motion. There was no urgency at all. They were nice enough but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

Morgan, Hailey and Paris are hands down the absolute best employees to work here. I have craved subway my entire pregnancy and the girls here always go above and beyond for me & my orders. These girls make my day every time and I’ll never go to another subway, highly recommend management give them the proper praise as they truly do deserve it. Thank you girls always!!
