I always forget why I avoid Country Style until I go back. The blonde girl working in the drive thru (and usually in pyjamas) is always horrible to deal with. It’s like you’re inconveniencing her by going there. Very blunt, rude introduction and sighs loudly over the speaker when you order more than 1 thing. If you hate customers so much, don’t work in customer service ♀️

Got iced coffee and loaded breakfast wrap. Coffee pretty good, no complaints there, but wrap was actually very bad. On my eyes they reheat meat which looked pretty round chunk from tuna can. Very weird texture, old looking cooked egg inside, all together tasted rubbery and half cold. Needless to say, I was pretty hungry but didn’t finish even half of it, I hope seagals didn’t die off food poisoning lol

I don’t visit the west end often, but when I do I look forward to stopping in at Country Style. Love their Iced Cappuccino. But tonight VERY DISAPPOINTED to be served a half of cup of ice with the iced cappuccino, there for only getting half an order. Is this error or new cut backs/shrinkflation ?

So I love coming to this store but this morning I had the worst customer service ever and it came with a very burnt wrap. The lady who served me this morning is consistently miserable any time I’ve had her. She’s been there a long time too.
Then she grilled my wrap for 3 rounds saying the griller is pretty crappy, and when she considered it ‘done’ this image is what it looked like.
It was nearly inedible. Least impressed I’ve ever been coming to this usually wonderful store.

This is my favorite Java stop!!! The staff here are super friendly 🙂 Country style quality hands down beats Tim’s or Mc Ds any day!! Especially the bagels and muffins so good!! Coffee is speculative to each individuals likes and I personally love this coffee This! This location has good seating too 🙂

Donuts/muffins are fresh and fluffy, coffee rich ( They have dark roast), and the staff has always greeted us with a smile. I adore meeting friends here for a sit down chat. They have an espresso machine now too for making lattes! Stop in and give them a try.
Edit:1 year later: Still all true and they have such a loving staff! Today I couldn’t even leave my dark room due to a migraine, espresso tends to help ease these. I placed an order on skip and requested a very espresso heavy iced cap expecting less iced cap to make up for the extra cost… instead I got what I asked for an this sweet little note.( see photo) Thank you so much for being a part of this community. You are appreciated!

Here is a dynamite coffee shop up, compared to Tim Hortons. Which is lousy coffee compared. Nice and clean inside. Fast service.
