You’d have a better sandwich if a toddler put it together for you. Not only was the service bad but it felt bad on purpose, like the two workers behind the counter found it funny to make someone pay for the saddest subway sandwich they’ve ever seen. The customers in front of me would ask for something on the sandwich and they just wouldn’t listen. I watched some poor guy ask for salt no less than 4 times. They also bumped my sandwich and tossed everything around, they when finishing it up they just slapped the bread shut and made food go everywhere. I genuinely considered saying nevermind and walking out with how they were treating the food and I really should have. Do go to this subway, I realize subway isn’t known for gourmet food or anything but they straight up do not care. If this subway closes or goes under new management then whatever, probably better for the stores around them.

Do not eat here! This place is terrible! They get the order wrong online AND in person. Every Time. The staff are mean & cold. The drink machine has been out of order for months. They don’t have the new drinks. It’s the worst location in PG County.
I asked for pepper & this guy sneaks & put salt on my food. Why would he do that? They way they put the sandwiches together is very sloppy. He was just throwing stuff on there. After I realized they put salt on my food I had to go back up there and ask for a refund. He would not refund me my taxes because he said that’s from the government. Then he said he don’t speak English. He refused to give me a full refund.
Go to another location. This one is terrible & dirty.

The negative reviews are 100% correct. Ordered online through the app and they got the entire order incorrect. None of the sandwiches were to have olives. Look at the pictures. Olives! No extra cheese on the meatless sandwich although I requested it and was charged for it. They didn’t add cheese to the steak and cheese at all. Reached out to the owner and received 4 duplicate emails with an automated response. Save your time and money and go to a subway location that actually cares about their customers and products put out.

I decided to go online and do a complaint since I got no response from the online complaint form that I did several times, and no one answers the phone when you call the Campus Way South location. I did a online order and got a watery tuna sub and the ultimate BMT, which is supposed to have more meat, and of course was lacking meat, but had more than adequate toppings. I’ve also seen several complaints about this location on the next door app talking about the area where they add meat on the sandwiches is now unavailable to see because of some type of cover or shield. I have not been to any location since my last order. I was so displeased, so I have been going to patronize other sub shops, Jersey Mike’s and Charley’s. They are further away but I would rather go the distance and be satisfied with what I’m going to eat and what I’m spending my money on. Evidently no one is coming and inspecting these locations on a regular basis and I guess they are probably made aware of when they are coming, so they are probably on their best behavior, because the personalities and rudeness make you not want to go back. Hopefully the right people are reading our reviews. This subway location definitely needs improvement.

Workers are impatient, short tempered and rude. Instead of helping customers they can pick up a fight. In 2 separate occasions the coupon that comes with the newspapers were showing tampered or already but I just cut it out from the paper. They want me to pay $40 for 3 foot long, no way. I’ve been trying to be calm and cooperative but I just got attitude from the lady, as usual. I hope you fix this problem- both coupons and workers attitude. Thanks

I wish that I could avoid giving any stars at all…. my experience at this location was awful. I was a patron here about 3 weeks ago. The air conditioner must have been broken because it was stifling hot. They posted a hand-written sign that said “Don’t touch anything” on the glass enclosure to the cheese……. not professional. The staff members were very rude. I understand the hot conditions that they were working in; however, they were obviously getting frustrated with customers, and had an overall poor attitude. When I walked up to pay for my order, I asked if I was charged for the meal like I requested, and the staff member rolled his eyes, and then walked away from me. Needless to say, I took my sandwich and purchased a drink at the Target across the street. Everyone is not able to endure stressful situations, and the poor overheated conditions likely took a toll on the young man ; HOWEVER, if you’re on the clock, it is your duty to represent your business properly. I give my experience an F.

My customer experience at this location was horrible. I originally ordered 3 sandwiches to go, and when I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had to go back to the store to let them know the mistake their mistake and they begin to tell me it’s not his fault I received the wrong sandwich. I then requested a refund, the employee then stated I have to come back tomorrow for a refund because the manager is not here.

Went to this Subway on Feb. 8, 2022. Establishment was empty of any customers. When I was asked as to what I wished to order, because I hesitated to look at the menu, the young man waiting on me proceeded to roll his eyes impatiently. I explained in a jovial manner that I was old and blah, blah, blah. He neither laughed nor acted like my business was welcomed. Nevertheless, I tipped generously. I Will NOT be returning. Bad attitude and customer service.

Lack customer service and unable to communicate and understand customer. One worker answered his cell phone and then went to make food without washing his hand or put on gloves. Not a good customer experience. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!
