1st time trying out the Loaded Brisket Bake Potato…Rate Bake Potato: 8.5/10…Customer Service is 10/10… The lady employee was very sweet, courteous, and patient with me.
She also told me that it was 20% off if I placed an order online or through the app. That was well appreciated, and I like to save money. I did have questions about the food and menu, and she answered my questions thoroughly. Price was definitely decent.. I ordered 2 Brisket Bake potatoes for $25. They loaded my potato up. Brisket was tender. The only thing is that the brisket could have a little bit more smoke on it. Everything else was good. I will be going back…I will probably try the Brisket mac&cheese or catfish.

I really enjoyed the sliced brisket sandwich, meat had real nice smoky taste, toasted bun, pickles… delicious. Dedra was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back to try the famous double stack brisket cheeseburger.

We ordered lunch from Smokin A’s today, and it was a huge disappointment. We spent over $40 on two plates and were told the wait would be 15 minutes, but we ended up waiting 40 minutes. When we finally got home to eat, the food was completely inedible — it looked like scraps. I ordered brisket and sausage, but the brisket was incredibly dry, and the sausage was old and dried out. For the price and wait time, we expected so much better. Very disappointing experience.

The reviews are misleading. I ordered a rib plate with fish and a pulled pork sandwich with banana pudding. The sandwich was so salty and soggy I disposed of it via the earth I was told for the replacement of ribs I would get a nice portion of pulled pork well that did not occur. Then the fish was cooked well over the point of done in which I did not ask for char-fried fish. I will not be returning I almost feel like I was played because there is no way they did not know they were out of ribs. Lastly the sides baked beans and green tasted like nothing meaning canned beans and unseasoned greens which is shocking since the pork was over seasoned.

Got 5 whole burnt dry wings paid $3 ea. When I tell you the wings were burnt and dry that’s an understatement!!! I should have known something wasn’t right about the food when it was no line at 5:45-6pm on a Friday evening. Not sure why they would sell extra burnt dry wings to a customer that would have came back and spent more money eventually.Should have read the reviews before hand! Never again!!

The best burger I’ve ever had I got the bacon stacker burger, omggg!!! It was so good. The only downside was the fries. They are called “seasoned fries”, but were way too soft and lacked the flavor from the seasoning. But the vibe is great, good music. I’m just really impressed with that burger. It was so juicy, and had that grill taste, wheeeww I tore it up lol! Thanks yall!

Unfortunately, the service is great but the ribs were awful. They don’t even taste like BBQ, almost like they were prepared a different way and then quickly put on the grill and slathered with sauce. Really disappointing.

I like their fish and the cabbage they make is delicious! Today I tried their chopped beef sandwich and it had a good flavor. It was warm, not hot, and little on the salty and peppery side. Plus $9 and some change with no side. I will go back and support. Maybe they were just “off” today.

It was decent. I ordered it off DoorDash and the food looked amazing on there so I decided to order. The beans looked nothing like they did on DoorDash and gave me pork and beans vines. Not a place I’d buy from again.

I wanted so much to give them higher but I just can’t. They were friendly but the food wasn’t it. I ordered a chop brisket plate with dirty rice and greens. It came to a total of $12.99. The portions were a tad bit small compared to what you would normally get some where else. The dirty rice was a mush mixture and had no flavor at all. It was overly spicy. The texture was not like any dirty rice I’ve eaten. It was part mushy and part grainy.The greens were just as bad. As for the chopped brisket, it was drenched in bbq sauce. I wasn’t asked if I preferred it on the side which is my preference bc I like to taste the actual flavor of the meat. When places drench their meat with bbq sauce it almost always is to compensate for lack of flavor. Maybe I chose the wrong menu items idk but this wasn’t a great experience. It was a waste of money as I had to find smthg else for dinner. The picture with the brisket is the actual portion, none was eaten. I just moved the bread that was on the other side of it.
