The food is low quality. The brown gravy tastes brown. The white gravy tastes white. The beer is flat. Fried food is what you’d get at Walmart. Save your money and make your own food at home or go to Mc Donald’s. At least mcds tastes good.
The service is ok. I think the waitress might have smiled once. Im assuming locals go there because it’s close.
I won’t be back unless I’m starving and don’t have a vehicle to take me anywhere else.

I’ve lived down the road from these guys for 20 years now and only started going recently.
Mainly for breakfast and lunch and I’m always pleased with my decision. It is a quick and easy in and out, the food is consistently good, and I’m always surprised that how reasonable the bill is.

It was like a Richard’s and Hall’s mixed together. Had some seafood there and the normal burgers and chicken meals. Decent sized portions, the large iced tea are large size. Big desert menue. Prices were fare too.

The 1/2 lb Willows burger was good, tho I like my burgers cooked a little less “done”. It was still juicy, so it wasn’t overcooked; it’s just my preference to have some pink in the middle. Really good for the price.

I go to the bar side as I am new to Fort Wayne and your staff needs to be more friendly and connecting. You get no welcome, hi, how are you, where are you from,, no name tags or introduction, very sad. You have a closed audience, but you can do so much better. They need training. I should open a restaurant and bar across the street and you would ne closed in 3 months. I could die at the bar and they wouldn’t notice for 30 minutes

Good food and decent prices. Only got my coffee cup empty one time. Service was prompt, courteous and friendly. Very clean throughout. Booths are roomy and comfortable. Prices comparable to a meal at any fast food establishment but with a relaxing family atmosphere.
