Let me start off by saying that the young woman working was unprofessional and rude. After ordering the food and I handed the money to her in her hand. She then tossed my change on the counter.
Why I would not recommend anyone eating there for one the prices on the menu are wrong the 2 Fish subs I order from the menu say $4.50. That was wrong they charge me $600 each. When I ask the lady that was how is that possible she caught an attitude and said the prices have been changed. When I asked where the is changes on the menu she replied by saying we wrote it on a sign above the register. All I said to her next was your menus need to change because that’s false advertising. She responded by telling me if I don’t like it I can get out of her store.
And the still got the orders wrong. I wanted Hots and Extra Cheese and there was nothing on my sub.

I made a mistake being lazy and ordered some terrible food from Hot wok to turn around and end up going where I knew better and that I should have in the first place lmao I LOVE this place but it’s cash only but take it from me do not waste your time or money going anywhere else !! I’ve been going here for 15 years && NEVER have I ever got bad food! There shrimp fried rice, chicken boxes and egg rolls are supreme you will not find any better I promise you that !

I have been eating here for nearly 10 years. Same place, same order, same gratification. Anyone hating on this place is genuinely slow because the workers make sure to repeat your order, make your food in a timely manner, are multilingual, and they have deals with certain orders. Most food is also cheap compared to other places so there’s no cons of this store.

It was our first time in YEARS eating from there….But we have to say we enjoyed it. No real complaints we had chicken and broccoli and shrimp and broccoli. It was plenty of both and was nice and hot. Personally wanted just a lil more seasoning but it had a decent flavor. The owners/operators were very pleasent and appreciative of your business. Would be willing to order again

Place is terrible tried to charge me 16 dollars for a Singapore noodle. I do not pay attention to prices. Thankfully I had my wife with me. They just charged me $40 for food that should have cost $20. When we pointed it out she claimed they needed cash. Last time I spent $80 for food that should have cost me half but I didn’t realize it. We will never go again. The shrimp fried rice they only put shrimp and a couple of onions in it. No peas or anything you normally find in fried rice combinations. Beware you will get Shanghai’s. She gave me money back but said the prices on the menu are not correct they need cash. They tried to charge $16.95 for one order of Singapore noodle lmao. I canceled that and went to Bamboo House. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of carry out. I ordered 3 platters, get home to see that it’s only 2. I call to ask about my 3rd platter and the lady literally starts yelling at me saying thats not what I ordered, I only ordered 2. Well 2 platters don’t cost $25 but, they don’t give out receipts so of course I don’t have proof. The food was subpar at best as well. Beware they’re thiefs!
