Have been ordering Dominos for years and have almost never had a problem. But for some reason with the whitewater location i have had many more problems. Most recently, I had a simple order of a Pizza, Bread bites, and Marinara. When the food got here, it ended up being the completely wrong pizza, and no marinara. Called the store and my order was still sitting there, get it back about 10 minutes later and the pizza had a pool of grease and was un appetizing, and still no Marinara. I almost never write reviews, but seriously, as someone who has worked is a similar job, it is not that hard.

Dominos is the only pizza my autistic son will eat. The last three times going to this store we have gotten the same results even after complaining to management and getting $15 store credit they still serve pizzas that look like they fell on the floor and put back in the box. Will no longer use this location rather drive 20mins to fort. If you want good pizza dont go here this place is right with pizza hut will be shut down in the next year the service sucks! and never changes@!

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten good service at this dominoes. The delivery drivers are rude and whenever I try to call the store I spend more time with some fake robot than a real person. After repeated bad experiences I’m writing this review… I mean it looks like someone threw our pizza out of a moving vehicle and then ran it over repeatedly. :/

Ordered 7 pizzas. Went in at the end of their pick up estimate and they weren’t even in the oven yet. Upon getting home 2 pizzas were not what we ordered and none of them were cut through.

Ordered our food online. 6:48 pm. Gave them time to make the food. Paid for the food and was told it was not done yet. At 7:25 pm. guy that claims he is the manager asked what I was waiting for and told him. He was looking around all dumbfounded and said I know I prepped it. Well no he did not as it hadn’t been made. Said I could cancel the order if I would like and I told him well we do need to eat dinner. The one delivery driver whom states he don’t work in that store said to me on his way out the door “Well it’s not our fault”. Finally got our food and I asked the guy if he was the manager he said yes, I said ok because I would be giving a review and they were not going to like it. As I turned to leave the so called manager announced to the entire place that I was going home to leave a bad review. I believe his name was John. He seemed to not know what he was doing and kept pulling orders out of the delivery bags because he didn’t think the order was right. When I told him I would be leaving a review I also said to him I feel we should be compensated for his mistake and he said “I agree you should but I can’t do that”. Not sure I will be going back there or ordering from them again and we order a good amount of food. Maybe get a new manager if this one thinks he prepped an order and hadn’t. I forgot to tell him thanks for ruining my birthday dinner.

Ordered a large 2 topping pizza and those buffalo boneless chicken. It took 25 minutes from when I ordered it and got to the store thinking it was enough time. Now I’m sitting in the store and it’s been another 20 minutes. Still haven’t gotten my food. One guy is yelling at everyone and throwing stuff around. Definitely not helping.

Delivery driver took an order all the way to Ft atkinson before returning to whitewater, and driving past my house, which is two blocks from Dominos, twice. Called to see if the delivery charge could atleast get taken off and got hung up on.

This is just about the delivery of the pizza! Tyler was our delivery guy. He was super friendly and made conversation which I appreciated!! The pizza and parm bites were good.
