Reviews
Place is brand new and pristine (clean) at the moment. The dining room is fairly large compared to other satellite locations. Plenty of tables to meet for work or church. Lots of plug-ins for electronics (impressed because lacking at other satellite locations).
Outside seating is pretty with nice furniture. Good location along the main drag of new residential construction locations on (north) North Green River Road.
Neutral:
Place will be extremely busy on weekends being adjacent to Goebel Soccer Complex. Below drive-through issues will be compounded.
The bad:
They didn’t learn from the (south) North Green River location with busy drive-through times. When we got there, the drive-through line was backed out two vehicles deep into Vieth LN. Parking designations go all the way to the entrance, and drivers aren’t smart enough (selfish?) to realize there is only one driving lane to go around the building. So, we had 2 choices: Wait 5-10 minutes in the drive-through line until we advanced far enough into the line, then either park in the nearest available parking spot (effectively blocking the way for other dine-in eaters to get around the drive-through line) or go the wrong way around the designated one-way around the building – potentially causing vehicle accidents or causing further blockage. If management would widen the entrance to the property from Vieth LN, and redesignate the drive-through lane and available parking spaces, it would possibly solve the issue. Until then, we’ll probably skip our morning coffee routine at Donut Bank and opt for another establishment or go the wrong-way around the building (or show people how inconsiderate they’re being by blocking the flow of traffic around the building). And I’ll convince them to blame upper management too.
I’ll update my review to 5 stars if the company fixes the drive-through blockage issue.
I agree, the drive-thru was not well thought out. There is not a lot of parking spots to begin with and when the drive-thru is busy, a fair amount of those spots will be impossible to enter or exit. For that it gets a 2.
Location is a goldmine!
It’s a shame, that they had all that open field to use, yet couldn’t have designed and built a better traffic pattern/ layout. When busy, it is so difficult to drive in and then get out. It is almost dangerous while exiting from the building to get to your car, having to dodge those in the drive thru line, and then try to get out of your space and then out of the lot. 🙁
