Kyle’s cheesecakes are made from scratch using fresh, premium, local ingredients. If you appreciate a good cheesecake, you’ll love Kyle’s. Kyle Rozycki is the founder of Kyle’s Cakes N’at. He’s felt comfortable in the kitchen ever since childhood, cooking alongside his grandparents, parents, and aunts and uncles for parties and holidays, working alongside his mother in her food business as a teenager, and as a young boy, even won first place in a county wide baking contest in the dessert category for what else?!—a cheesecake. Our philosophy at Kyle’s Cakes N’at is simple. Life is short. Enjoy every minute of it including sitting down to a great piece of cheesecake.

The texture is perfectly creamy yet firm, the flavor is rich but beautifully balanced, and every bite feels like pure comfort. You can tell these are made with real passion and high-quality ingredients. Coming from someone who thought they’d already tasted the world’s best cheesecakes abroad, I was blown away by how good this is—right here in Millvale, PA!
Kyle is doing something truly special. If you’re anywhere near Pittsburgh, do yourself a favor and stop by. Well done, Kyle’s Cakes N’at—this is world-class cheesecake!
Go Pitt!
The store location is also very cute!
Even with all the craziness of them opening their storefront the day of our wedding, they were super accommodating with properly packing the cheesecakes for us to travel a few hours with them. Everything turned out amazing and the cheesecake was a major hit with our guests!
More recently, we went in for last minute cookies for the holidays and Kyle offered to bake them fresh. Of course, the cookies tasted amazing as well! I cannot recommend Kyle’s Cakes n’ at enough!
I’ve had their key lime, raspberry lemon, and peach cobbler cheesecakes, and I highly recommend all of them, but personally the raspberry lemon comes out on top.
One important note is if you get a cheesecake with fruit pieces in it like the peach cobbler, you want to eat it same day (or, day you defrost it). I saved half of mine for the next day and the bottom crust was soggy and falling apart from the fruit syrup, which is of course not an issue of the bakers or cake itself but rather the nature of fruit, so just keep in mind!
