Just had the best experience! The food was good and hot when it was delivered to my table. As I left I asked about the smallest size shake to try their apple pie flavor. The manager was kind enough to offer me a mini shake so I could try it. It made my day! I love apple pie!

Got here at 1:10 to get takeout. Only one guy ahead of me and one car in the drive thru. It’s been 30 mins just to get 1 Beef n Cheddar and One French Dip, not even a meal. They seem very unorganized and confused. Then still almost forgot the Au Jus Sauce they comes with the French dip

Update: I used the link provided in the owner’s response to my original review. I got taken to the most frustrating contact form ever, as it continued to reset and clear the top portion information as I entered other fields that opened smaller popups. Despite all of that, I refused to give up and I submitted a request for a refund of the charge that was Wrongly & Fraudulently taken. I also asked to be contacted about the situation.
It’s been 2 months and I haven’t been contacted nor have I gotten any of the money back that was stolen.

Ask yourself: If they’re cool with stealing from customers and ignoring legitimate complaints, how much could they possibly care about the quality of food they serve or about following basic food handling and storage laws?

The register is set to overcharge and the food has significantly decreased in quality.
A roast beef slider on the menu board shows $1.39 each but we were charged $2.53 for 1! Take a look at the receipt, it appears like that’s the real price! Now look at what we got for almost $3 each! It’s Barely bigger than a Quarter!
The wraps were essentially 1 chicken strip in a dry tortilla drenched in dressing. The food is just not worth it anymore. Add on the blatant theft and I’m done with Arby’s!

For being a new Arby’s, you should have a little pride on your new store. The front of house was so dirty trash everywhere the trash can was overflowing the floor sticky, almost left my shoe there. Service was to slow waited more than 15 minutes for a simple order. I ordered a French dip but didn’t have the sauce that goes with it so why bother ordering it. What a shame, I was really looking forward eating here now I think twice in coming here. I hope the owners and the managers read this and fix the problem.

Yeah girl at the speaker with the dark red brownish hair , she was thin and light skinned, anyways she was super rude I understand we went like at 10pm so an hour before closing. All we ordered was a double Arby’s sandwich and a half pound sandwich, which one the menu it is advertised WITH cheese and when we got them they didnt have the cheese so we thought no big deal we will just go through again and let her know it wasn’t included. When we did she at first answered “Order when you’re ready” to which my husband replied “ma’am I was going to ask you-” he was cut off by her yelling in a very rude way “ORDER WHEN YOURE READY!” , my husband kept his cool and just let her know the situation and she replied they didnt come with cheese but rudely. My husband told her that her attitude sucked and we drove off. Look I get it sometimes people have a bad day , but theres no need to be rude to the people that are just trying to get something to eat after a long day. I hope she grows up and maybe has a better service attitude, you’re working in fast food you’re main job is dealing with customers. My husband didnt allow me to say anything but I definitely would have told her to get over her childlike attitude and just do her job.

The girl at the speaker repeatedly got my order incorrect and then when I got home I was missing a sandwich altogether. With their prices this is quite the inconvenience. I called the store and of course they can’t do anything over the phone and the guy sounded like I was inconveniencing his day and was rude about it. Train these little kids to actually do their job and this won’t be an inconvenience to the manager.

First time at this location. Ordered dine in. Placed my order at counter and went to get ketchup and Arby’s sauce. Very dirty counter, out of Arby’s sauce. Proceeded to sit at a table, no clean tables. Received my order, sandwich bread and meat cold. Potato cakes were freshly made and hot. As I was leaving, two employees sitting towards the back on their phones. Disappointing visit. Will not be returning. ☹️

The city really has got it against this Arby’s if they only had an access thru Joe Battle Blvd they would get more business, But people get confused and can’t find the entrance, The first time I came here passed the store and didn’t see an entrance so I had to go around the hole block and come in thru the Walmart parking lot in order to find the entrance to Arby’s, And it because I just really like the 1/2 pounders is why I keep coming back. AMEN!

I was assisted promptly and courteous. Music was very loud inside the restaurant. I ordered a classic beef and cheddar. My food was delivered to my table. Curly fries were over fried and hot. My sandwich was poorly prepared. Meat was cold. Cheddar cheese was cold and curded. Buns were not heated. Needless to say. Food was not good, nor prepared as usual. Will not b coming soon. Will stick to montwood at lee Trevino store. Store lacks good management practices.

Don’t go there!!! If you haven’t been to Arby’s in a while, it’s hell of expensive a combo will cost you about 12 bucks. The drink is a medium, but it looks like kids drink. Classic beef’n cheedar very lil cheedar. I asked for crinkle fries, and I got the last pieces of not that warm curly fries. Guys, you might want to try another location. Food is no bueno here. It wasn’t busy, so I can’t blame it on that.
