Terrible customer service terrible food used to be good at one point till new employees or new management Can’t even toast the sandwiches like they’re supposed to and then lie saying they do. I would give this a -5 stars, if I could, someone needs to rectify this, Subway.

We live in Slocomb, which is half way between Subway in Taylor and Subway in Hartford. We had coupons to use, so Larry thought he would go to Hartford this time.

They REFUSED to let my husband use the coupon, because they said he had to place the order through the app.

My husband is a disabled veteran who is not technology savy.

To make matters worse, the Hartford Subway store did not even offer to show my husband how to install the app on his phone, so he could use the coupon.

The Taylor Subway store accepts coupons with no restrictions.

If you actually read the coupon, it does not state you must order your food through the Subway app in order to redeem it.

TERRIBLE customer service.

I asked for no onions or peppers. I was not happy to bite into a jalapeno which I really don’t like. Service was lacking any enthusiasm for the job. She did the minimum to get my order ready. I certainly didn’t feel like a valued customer.

We ordered takeout and everything was good. All though at first, the bread was a bit hard to bite through, it was still a pretty decent sandwich! I didn’t get the full service experience but as for takeout, it was good.

Don’t take coupons as advertised. $20 For a footlong and a 6 inch. 2 enthusiast thumbs down. Way to expensive.

Everytime my family visits our hometown Subway a mistake is made. The workers never seem happy or greet you with a smile. My husband always orders a simple footling sandwich of the pizza sub with pickles. This time it was missing the marinara sauce. Having been an employee at that location with previous owners I know how some of the sandwiches are made. Our location always disappoints me with these new owners and employees. If you know the builds of your sandwiches alterations should not be so difficult. All that was different was adding pickles. Maybe they will learn to train their staff better soon. Hire some people who care please!

It is ridiculous that on a Friday night that you only have two people working. Especially during football season. I will not be going back to this store when I have a coupon issued by the corporate office. You are harming your own business by not accepting company issued coupons.

I can’t believe how this employee didn’t know not to put my meat on the counter without any paper underneath the meat. I won’t be returning to this location, the only thing I left there thinking was who else did he do that too and was he trying to give me salmonella. I will not be returning.
