The cutest and coziest coffee shop! I love taking my kids here for a lunch date or hosting an after hours book club. The owner is always so friendly and working hard with her staff to provide delicious drinks and food.

I am over the moon for how amazing Fonks is! You guys, sincerely. First off, They’ve tastefully restored this amazing community landmark. Chefs kiss! But more than that, the PEOPLE are SO kind and warm and helpful and just lovely all around. This is exactly what ya want in a small town cafe. BUT IT’S THE FOOD and DRINK that really gets ya. Like, pardon me… 5 dollars for an unreal cinnamon roll the size of a sleeping kitten?Yes please!

Nice café in downtown Colfax with great staff. The corn chowder is especially good, as is the grilled cheese.

Excellent coffee and sweet treats in very comfortable surroundings! We had a freshly made raspberry danish, a fantastic chocolate chip cookie and two cups of freshly made drip coffee. Service was very friendly and attentive!

Tried Fonks for the first time today and was extremely impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. I had the spicy club, chipotle pasta, and a caramel moch. Everything was great and the spicy club was probably the best panini I’ve ever had. The dishes, cutlery, furniture and just overall decor and environment was enchanting and cozy with plenty of room. Additionally, the service was phenomenal. My family and I will definitely be frequenting this place in the future!

Great coffee. They use Doma coffee from Post Falls so it’s actually legit. Really clean and great atmosphere. Always worth a stop on the way to Pullman.

Welcomed by the smiling and friendly owner ( we found out) and was pleased with selection of house made pastries. The atmosphere was great in this little town… the decor and ambience of the cafe was modern with charm and style. Loved how pastries were warmed without asking and served with real plates and silverware ( not plastic for those environmentally conscious) highly recommend on stopping on your way to WSU and relax with a cup of coffee or tea! Thank you! And the gluten friendly conscious they had 2 options and vegan as well
