I find it pretty disgusting when one of the workers comes inside right after us after smoking a cigarette and gets RIGHT to making our food without washing his hands it’s pretty gross and will make you loose your appetite very fast. It’s also very unprofessional when a workers whole family is just hanging out inside the store just making the place 10x louder than it needs too be. Along w the workers yelling to get each others attention is not ok.

The customer service today was great! I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by all 3 gals working. They worked as an efficient team to get my sandwiches made, my order filled and checked out at the register. Love the new sliders as even a 6 inch sandwich is too big for me. Just wish they had regular mustard!!!

I think a lot of the problem was they were very young males I interrupted goofing off. Made me stand there for about 5min before even asking what I wanted, put so much garlic sauce on my sandwich I gagged and barely put veggies on and when I asked for more he said “sorry I can’t” like since when?

I had lunch with my Sister in law at the Albia Subway. The young ladies that were working were nice and was doing a wonderful job . My salad was good, my sister in law was thrilled to know they had roast beef. For the one in Centerville has been out. Restaurants was clean. Did see some tables that needed wiped off. I usually carry disinfectant wipes with me these days.
