I’ve ordered Lobster Fried Rice and Bam Bam Chicken Noodle. The taste was ok, portion (rice and noodle) was satisfying, but the lobster and the chicken was too little. Also the foods too Oily, like really2 flooding in the bottom of the noodle. Good Luck!

Wow! Delightfully surprised by this place. I didn’t expect much, but the food was delicious with excellent flavor and texture. The bowl was big enough that I got lunch and dinner from it, and I truthfully thought it was even better the second time! The smoothie was also spectacular; I got a simple mango and pineapple smoothie but it was so refreshing that I almost wanted to finish it and order another one! Good option for anyone looking for healthier ingredients.

I called the store 2 minutes after the delivery and was told no one could help me. The food was way overcooked and super dry. The wings look like they were there for two or three days. I paid extra money, hard-earned money, for extra vegetables and I got a carrot and a piece of broccoli. I didn’t even get what would be a reasonable amount on a normal order. The spring roll was just full of dough and super hard. The noodles were SOOOOOOO overcooked and hard. I don’t know why it took so long to get to order it when everything was clearly old or from yesterday. THE DOORDASH even text me after waiting for the order for so long!!!!!!! Why????? It was at the height of lunch on a Saturday!!!!!! The wings didn’t have sesame seed or seasoning on them and we’re super dry. I was told no one could call me till tomorrow and I would have to reorder through doordash. Why would I immediately reorder something that was terrible? I’m going to try to show my pictures versus the pictures that the family who has this ha on their Instagram. I wasn’t able to do so on door dash they just keep showing stock photos.

Ordered the korean fried chicken, pina colada smoothie, and the honey garlic shrimp. everything was delicious! my order did not take that long and was in and out of the store. i highly recommend wokworks! also the ladies working the front are so nice!

Not what I expected. I ordered the build your own bowl and the rice was drenched in teriyaki sauce. I told them no broccoli and got broccoli. The broccoli was not cooked. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. It was disgusting. Gave it one star but deserves a 0 star.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The entire order was wrong, and the way it was handled made it even worse. I ordered a fried bowl with extra chicken and shrimp. What I received had about four pieces of shrimp and NO CHICKEN AT ALL. For a nearly $20 bowl, that’s ridiculous.
When I called to address it, the employee actually said it was the customer’s responsibility to check the food. That is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is not my job to make sure the kitchen does theirs. If someone orders extra meat, how do you not notice there’s literally none of it in the bowl?
To make matters worse, they offered only a $4 refund for the missing chicken, which is insulting given how wrong the order was. The person on the phone was no help at all and had an attitude the entire time.
This felt like pure laziness and zero accountability. Messing up an order is one thing—blaming the customer and brushing it off is another. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service or accurate orders.
