Food and service are good. But I wish they would not put piping hot food inside of styrofoam containers. My container was melted in multiple spots from the hot food. Does not seem safe at all. This needs to be addressed.

Really great food and an amazing place to sit at and eat with friends. We were there for over an hour and were just hanging and catching up with old friends. They got our food out nice and fast and did a really great job of checking in on us.

I come from canton and just moved out here and was delighted we were getting one of my favorite restaurants out here too. Safe to say i’m disappointed the food quality at this location is terrible every single time i go the breading is soggy and falling off so I started asking for extra crispy to give them a shot but was still disappointed. The photo given is what they define as extra crispy. I would willingly drive the hour round trip to get canes from canton and not this garbage.

Picked up some Cane’s for my daughter, #1 with a sweet tea, changed out coleslaw for an extra bread/ extra sauce. The service was fast, we went through drive through and service moved fast! My daughter loved her food.

I’ve been here three times and have had a poor experience all three times. Every time I have waited at least 20 minutes for my food, the drive-through lane is ridiculous. After waiting 20 minutes I have had multiple times of getting the wrong food or missing items from my meal where I had to park and go inside.. where I waited in yet another line to correct the mistake. Most recently I waited in the second lane of the drive-through while three other cars passed in the first lane only to learn that the second lane was down and have to back up and go into the working lane. so now I’m extra cars behind where I actually pulled in and then still waited 20 minutes for my food. The fact that I waited this long for such average food and poor service really does baffle me. I won’t be coming back and doing this again. I suggest that you pick another place as well.

I have been going to Raising Cane’s for almost eight years now and this is by far the worst Raising Cane I ever went to. And I came to this Raising Cane’s a lot of times(since this one opened) because it is in my area. I never made this review at first because I wasn’t in the mood to drive all the way to Canton to get Raising Cane’s, because i know Alliance Raising Canes will not like my review. But now I don’t care anymore. I know I will never go to this Raising Cane’s ever again in my life. First of all, the staff seems very absent-minded. You could tell them the exact order that you want. They will confirm with you and then when they read it back to you, they have the order wrong. This hasn’t happened just one time. I’m telling you things that always happen consistently, i been here st least 20 times . Two, they never make the stuff crispy when I ask. I can ask for extra crispy chicken tenders or, extra crispy fries and they don’t do it. Sometimes it even comes out feeling like they barely have any breading on my chicken tenders. I cannot name one time that I came here and I felt amazed. Every other Raising Cane’s that I go to doesn’t have a problem except for this one. I can’t even ask them for unsweet tea with no ice. They even messed that up by giving me ice! They can’t do the simplest things. It’s like people who work there are on autopilot or something. I don’t care what lengths I have to go to to visit a different Raising Cane’s to avoid this one. I’m glad Chick-fil-a is coming towards this area so I can get my chicken tenders from there.

Decent food but our curbside order was supposed to be brought out to our car, it made us enter in all the information about my car it usually asks and when we got there at the order pickup time we waited an additional 12 minutes just to find out they left our order on the pickup shelf that I couldn’t even see
