I do not write this lightly. I am a patient man. A forgiving man. A man who understands that food service is hard work and that not every sandwich can be a masterpiece. But what transpired at this Subway was not a bad day it was a systemic failure.
Upon entering, we stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Instead of greeting customers or preparing food, the employee was engaged in a personal phone conversation with an AirPod in, speaking continuously and without urgency. We were clearly visible, clearly waiting, and clearly not a priority. This went on far longer than it ever should in a customer-facing role.
When service finally began, it was rushed and unpleasant. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no attempt to make the experience even remotely welcoming. Ordering felt like an inconvenience rather than the literal purpose of the establishment.
Now we must address the most serious issue: sanitation and food safety.
Gloves were not changed at any point during food preparation. Ingredients appeared old and tired wilted, stale, and generally unappetizing. To make matters worse, there was a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the employee, which in a food service environment is completely unacceptable. This is not a matter of preference or politeness it is a basic hygiene concern.
The sandwiches themselves were awful. Poorly made, bad-tasting, and clearly thrown together as quickly as possible. This wasn’t just low quality it was careless. The entire process felt rushed, sloppy, and unconcerned with standards.
The store overall felt poorly managed. When staff feel comfortable ignoring customers, staying on personal calls, failing to follow basic hygiene practices, and serving food that tastes old, that points to a deeper issue with oversight and accountability.
In all my years of eating sandwiches and I have eaten many this ranks among the worst Subway experiences I have ever had. This location does not merely disappoint; it raises legitimate food safety concerns. A visit from a food health and safety inspector would not be surprising and would likely be warranted.

This location seems to just declining. The girl at the counter tried to use the same gloves that she used to handle money & the register to make my sandwich. I asked her to change the gloves but saw she did the same thing to the customer after me. I’m disgusted thinking of how many times she handled money then dig the same gloves into the lettuce & other toppings. She was also on the phone talking over my food and rushed my order even though it wasn’t busy at all. I’m grossed out probably won’t ever be back at this location.

I like Subway and this is my favorite Subway location. I prefer this location because of the excellent staff. At this location, there is a young lady named, Anjali, who is always pleasant, helpful, and attentive. I always enjoy the sandwiches she makes as she uses just the right amount of ingredients and toppings. I’ve ordered from previous visits. Anytime I visit this location, I hope Anjali is working, because she always provides good service and a pleasant experience.

Hi, I go to Subway daily since many months and the staff here is also very good. Their way of talking and smiling is very nice and they behave friendly with everyone and their food is very good and is absolutely fresh. I don’t know the name. I mostly meet a girl with glasses. Maybe her name is Anjali. I am not sure but I mostly get my food cooked by her and the staff there is very good.

I’m only giving a 5 star because let’s be real who looks at the 1/2 start reviews but honestly I really just wanted to point out this place has some of the poorest customer service like I totally get no one wants to make sandwich’s for minimum wage but you chose the job. there’s this one girl you can just tell kills the vibe for everyone else working there. she’s always sitting on a counter when I walk in, doesn’t greet or say anything no matter how many times you say hi how are you, first thing out her mouth is what do you want ? Very minimum conversation and when she does speak it’s just rushed and rude. She also needs to change her gloves when she walks to the back to grab more food because maybe instead of sitting down she should be changing the soggy condiments or cleaning no excuse to keep the same gloves on while touching stuff in the back and then back to the front of finish a sandwich smh deff a huge learning opportunity here

The woman in this picture named “MA” was incredibly proud to be disrespectful to two customers that walked in including myself. I walked in at 9:52pm right in time before advance before closing time. I had just got off of work from the store nearby and I walked in hoping to get dinner for tonight. She turned me away and told me that they are about to close meaning I cannot order anything. I told her that the store doesn’t close until 10 PM so why am I not able to be served? She said she has to take care of the other two customers right in front of me. I will be sure to talk to corporate and her manager tomorrow. So DISAPPOINTING.

This used to be a great Subway. I feel like it maybe under new ownership, they do not honor any of the deals anymore, that the Subway franchise post thru the app, they are very skimpy on their ingredients all of a sudden, and it could be me but even the bread seems smaller. You tell me, (see photo) does that look like regulation size?? You can’t even see any lettuce hanging outside the tiny roll, because they barely added any… This was my favorite Subway, I used to spend hundreds per year here, never again. sometimes when u make changes to increase profits it ends up backfiring and you lose your regulars.

I’m in disbelief of how downhill Subway has gone lmao I haven’t been in a few years but the bread is more like a breadstick. I got Titan Turkey one of their “subway series” sandwiches with 33% MORE MEAT!!! This literally has like 3 pieces of turkey. I guess shrinkflation is how they’ve kept their prices and still is able to sponsor professional sports teams??? Don’t trust the Korean dramas, they make subway subs look way too good. Instead go drive down to Wegmans for an ELITE sub for like the same price. No hate on the service though, it was fine and pleasant enough for me.

I got two turkey and cheese subs. I gave them a coupon that is buy one and get one free.
The store told me they don’t except coupons any more. This is not a corporate decision is is their store.
Be careful if you use coupons they won’t take them. I wont be ever going there again.
