I went to Zags for the first time! They have a great menu and great gluten free options! The gluten free pizza was good size and it was delicious. It was baked in its own separate pan and came with a wrapped gluten free pizza cutter! They have gluten free steak rolls that are huge and delicious! You can get any sandwich on the gluten free steak roll except the meatballs because they are not gluten free. The owner was so nice and friendly! If you are gluten free, I highly recommend checking this place out. The regular food looks amazing as well. The food pictured in my review is gluten free.

Let me set the stage for this story:
It’s Valentine’s Day weekend. My wife and I take out two children out to Lancaster for a weekend away. Hotel, pools, dinner, sights, all the things. On Valentine’s Day itself we hit up the Lancaster Science Factory, with the ambition of popping over to one of my favorite places for a pint of Guinness, Quips Pub. Showing up at quips sadly the place is full, even at 4pm, and it’s at least an hour wait. To say I was sad is an understatement. My wife googles and we find Zags! Needless to say this review will reflect the hidden gem we have found. Upon arrival the staff goes above and beyond to get us a table, get our orders and get us fed. The pizza place is attached to an “escape room” business, so it was packed. The staff even got the Olympics on a tv for us, hockey was on and we love hockey. The food was amazing, the staff was incredible, and on our way out I told them they have earned every bit of their 4.6 + star reviews across yelp, Google, etc.
*Side note: they also have outdoor picnic table seating during the summer for a relaxed summer evening pizza night.

I am so impressed by Zag’s! It was clean, delicious, and we had great service. We ordered at the counter and didn’t wait long to get our food. We came to try the gluten free subs. They were huge (Udi brand) and did not disappoint!! The photo shows the GF subs and the regular stramboli. My husband loved his stramboli. When I forgot to ask for no cheese (also an allergy), they made me another. Great service, we’ll be back!

Zags is one of the best spots in lanc! Huge menu, super clean, and accommodating staff! I had to push back my order and they were more than willing to do so! Online navigation was really easy! Convenient location right across from the train station! Perfect place to grab a slice on your way home!

My family and I recently had a “Summer of Pizza,” which took us from Philly to New Jersey to New Haven, and NO cheese pizza had a THING on Zap’s!!! Unbelievably good… garlicky, amazing cheese, dough that is just so tender, and the sauce was a perfect mix of herbs and sweetness. We ordered ours with light sauce and extra cheese… chef’s kiss.
Zap’s is in a great location (with a parking lot!) and always offers prompt and friendly service. 5/5 no notes.

Amazing ! The food is the best I’ve had as far as subs and the pizza , the service is out of this world . Being in retail myself , customer service is really important to me and the gentleman I talked to helped me with Slice messing up the delivery and was so patient with my delivery that turned into a pickup. Will be eating here for all my pizza craving ❤️❤️ 10/10 !!

Really good pizza! Fresh quality ingredients, just the right amount of cheese and well seasoned sauce. We ordered the large meat lovers and a large veggie lovers for four people. Both had a generous amount of toppings and our order was correct. All of us thought it was great tasting and there were plenty of leftovers. We ordered for take out and the pizzas were ready when promised. Recommended!
