The 14oz sirloin with the chimichurri butter was the best steak I’ve had in a while. Like absolutely amazing so flavorful tender and cooked EXACTLY how I asked

About the food, the appetizers were fine, the main dishes were a hit or miss, fish was dry—how does one over cook halibut. The steak and frites—the meat seemed to have been made in the same place as some fish. The orange chicken meatballs also had a fishy flavor. The lemonade was not home made and had an artificial flavor… desserts were the best. But at this price point we wouldn’t not come again.

Amazing cocktails chased by food that will want you to come back more. From the warm bread with chive butter to the creamy lobster bisque, brussel sprouts, and pork tenderloin. Everything we’ve ever eaten there is mouth-watering spectacular. Make a reservation to reduce or eliminate your wait time, but the bar is great if you need to wait.

Great menu, quaint vibe, and wonderfully pleasant staff. The Coplin Dinner House is a modified home that boasts an upscale dining experience situated in the mountains. The warm burrata was a delicious appetizer, and the steaks (filet and ribeye) were cooked perfectly. My mouth is watering just thinking about the meal we enjoyed last night.

At the end of a long wet motorcycle drive Anya was a God send. She made the rest of the evening great with service with a smile ☺️ the food was awesome, I would have never expected a stuffed halibut like I had here in a far flung corner of Maine. I will definitely make a point to line up my next drive through with their opening time. Well worth the stop!

From the jump, this place was amazing. I love a restaurant that does not rush you, and there was no rush at all. We ended up being there for over 2.5 hours, with no concerns anywhere to be seen or felt. I had a well made dirty martini, the Korean pork belly appitizer, the steak frites (a perfect medium rare), and the donut for dessert and everything was awesome. My wife had a lobster appitizer, the short ribs, and the lemon cake dessert. She had a drink called the painkiller and it was delicious as well. We will be back for our next special occasion. If you are in Rangeley and looking for the best meal and are willing to drive 25ish minutes, this is the place to go.

This was my second time here, and again they did not disappoint. In my opinion, this is the only place to go for a “fancy” dinner while visiting sugarloaf. The maple butter is to die for, and the food is excellent!

The positives the meals are very good portions and the flavors are good. My meal was cooked well.
The price point for the meals is WILD. A $17.00 appetizer that consisted of one medium zucchini with a sprinkle of feta and sprinkle of pistachios is way over priced.
Our server was stressed. Not sure if over worked but he was rude, short tempered, did not know the menu as he priced our meals incorrectly upon check out and then argued with me that my dish was on the twofer menu. The drinks from the bar were not up to par, one person in our party sent back the sangria and two IPAs were cloudy as if poured from the bottom of the keg.
Our meals took 1.5 hours before our dinner arrived.
I am hopeful this was just an “off night” as entrees that that are priced 40-45.00 and take 1.5 to be served from a tired, overworked waitstaff is not somewhere I’ll be rushing back to soon.
