I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and the service has declined exponentially. The manager and his oldest son (or relative) are sweethearts. They always acknowledge me…ya know like a human being. The youngest son, with the glasses is disgustingly rude. Never says hi, always rolls his eyes when packing my order, then tossing it to me like I’m beneath him. The food was unbearable. Thank goodness I’m well mannered and didn’t ruin his night. I have respect for the owner so I spared him. Stay off X kid we are not all the same. As a newcomer to Maryland, I’ll never live here again. I’m disgusted with how I’ve been treated, and I never gave you a reason to disrespect me.

Definitely ordered boneless wings… which these are not. I’ve gotten the wrong order multiple times at this point, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Such a shame considering I’ve always had an awesome experience with the Annapolis, Baltimore, and Towson locations. These guys always have an attitude towards their customers in general and the food is always disappointing overall. I work in healthcare and sometimes I get home so late they’re one of the only locations still open when I’m too exhausted to cook for myself, but I’d rather eat a bowl of cereal at this point than waste my money here anymore.

I’ve been coming to pizza bolis for years, and I’ve always been a loyal customer. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I placed an order shortly before their listed closing time, and instead of canceling the order or notifying me, the staff simply left the building without fulfilling it. Neither I nor the DoorDash driver was informed, so I ended up waiting over an hour just to find out they had closed. If this was a one time deal i would just let it go but this is the 3rd time this has happened.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a place I’ve trusted for so long. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long day, but customers deserve communication, especially when they’ve already paid for an order. Sadly, this experience has left me reconsidering whether I’ll return in the future.

I have to say that I love this location of Pizza Boli’s. Even though I live close enough to walk, I always have my food delivered.What I like is the Pizza and Subs, and they do have good French fries too! They have good prices for what you order, the staff is helpful and polite, but the delivery driver’s are the star of the show. They get here quickly with my food hot and tasty, and they are so friendly and kind! I also order from them once or twice a month. 5 Stars! You’re doing a good job Pizza Boli’s. Thank you for the good food!

I literally live across the street from Pizza Bolis. I order my food for delivery The driver took forever to get my food across the street 1hr by time the taste of wanting pizza was gone So I ask for a refund and as I type this I’m waiting for my refund to hit my account such horrible service.Fyi I have a car I could’ve drove or walked there. I’m not that desperate for pizza bolis for them to take an hour with delivering my food Btw I never seen a refund like this It says $0.00 as if they never took the money out but I’m glad I use a debit card

Pizza was surprisingly good. First time visit and though the large looked a little smaller than I’m used to seeing, it was heavy. The pizza was layered nicely, thick crust but not disgusting thick. Crunchy as well. Also still hot when I got home. My daughter enjoyed it. Will go back

I hate writing this, because this location used to be my go-to takeout place. I loved the hawaiian pizza and the honey BBQ wings. But then suddenly, around a year and a half ago, the quality dropped noticeably. Everything just started tasting … off. It was never just one thing. I wanted to give it time, see if they just had a new chef and the old quality would just return. But this last visit has me convinced that this place is NOT worth going to.

The Honey BBQ wings … oh my god it’s like they had them smothered them in pure vinegar. “Honey” BBQ implies some sweetness, some tang, but these guys clearly don’t even taste their own food anymore. My roommate who loves salt n vinegar flavor couldn’t even handle them, they were unbelievably sour and acidic.

I’m convinced that these guys don’t have a real chef anymore. And that most of the good reviews are from before they changed.

Wonderful. I’ve ordered here over 10x and have always had hot, great pizza fast. My daughter is a huge fan of the cheese bread sticks. I’m writing today because I ordered very late tonight and had SO many issues with my new phone- not ringing- the delivery man came back 3x! I felt horrible! But he was sweet and professional- despite the fact that it was my fault! Wonderful people. Thank you!!

Today my son ordered a Chicken Sub from Pizza Bolis. Our first sandwich did not have anything but Mayo and was not prepared properly. We called to let them know that the sandwich was not prepared properly and they were very quick to tell us that they gave us what we ordered. The employee we talked was not helpful an hung up abruptly.

We called back to let them know we were not satisfied and the employee would not help. He kept telling me to call Slice and tell them and then if Slice agreed then they could fix the problem. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee stated he was the manager. I let him know that since they made the sandwich and I was already letting them know the sandwich was not prepared and I wanted them to fix the problem.

We came back when the manager said if we returned the sandwich he would give us another. When my son went to pick up the sandwich the employee who gave him the sandwich said ‘Don’t order from us again.’

We came back and when we looked at our sandwich it was wet, soggy, and falling apart. There was so much liquid in the sandwich that the bread was soaked on the sides.

If a restaurant has a customer asking them to fix an incorrect order they should not be telling a customer to not order from them gain.

However, it seems they don’t want customers, so your news bulletin is that this location encourages customers to not come back.

Customer service at this location is unfortunately very poor. Buyer be aware. And if they did not do it right the first time, just get a refund and save your gas and the environment because at the end the sandwich will only have one place to go. In the trash can. Because no one wants to get sick from a sandwich that you paid for but are not sure was made properly or spitefully.

I would like to tell the manager of this store that we all work hard for our money and when we chose where to spend it, good customer service makes a difference and that is what keeps customers coming back.

We won’t be coming back as requested.
